We hired Sandra's Cleaning Services to do a deep move-out cleaning. The house was empty. We were very specific letting them know about the square footage of the house and that there were several places in the house that would need extra attention. The crew arrived and did not seem to know what level of cleaning was expected as they said they would be done in 4 hours. The house is nearly 5000 sq. ft and there was no way they could be done that quickly , so my partner stayed at the house to ensure things were done correctly. They did not have equipment to clean the light fixture in the main entrance or ceiling fan and windows in the vaulted ceiling living room. They were asked to redo multiple areas which they did without complaint. The crew did an ok job. It was a big job and it just didn't seem there was communication from the owner to the crew about what the expectations. The team is probably more appropriately suited for smaller spaces. read more

I let it go because her ladies clean well. however - she is unreliable. last time they came in afternoon instead of morning. I'm the type that PLANS for cleaning service as I have 2 cats and 2 dogs and have to relocate them. this morning, I packed the pets in the car at 9 and waited for her crew. I was told it's a holiday and they are NOT working.
