I clearly needed a job as I was in touch with her for months, with no car, and she took advantage of that. Yeseniah and the other worker, I think named Lady, demonstrated that have no education or know-how in working with children with autism and I did not think they were appropriate with the one autistic child of the bunch (I'm also on the spectrum). This poor little girl was not okay, mostly screaming and covering her ears the time I was there until she was left to just hang out with the adults and do her own thing while the other kids went in the playroom. because that's exactly how ASD goes. after the shift, I called Yeseniah a week later and threatened to report her to the Department of Labor if she did not give me my due payment for my one shift. gratefully I got it! So I'm writing this because I know teenage girls are gonna look into that position, get robbed and think it's normal. Ladies, DONT GET EXPLOITED! dont let anyone mess with your money. Little Lambs FB page is under Yeseniah's name, not listed as a business, with no google page.

I can't say enough good things about TLE! I've been using them for childcare for over 2 years now…read moreand the current administration is fantastic. My 2 year old is learning things I would have never known to teach him! They provide good meals, keep the kids on a schedule, and are loving and caring towards every child. They are flexible with my needs and my kids needs. They follow an academic curriculum starting from the infant room and keep the parents informed throughout the day on their app. My 2 year old learned sign language there before he could speak which was a HUGE help. My infant is treated like he is their own child!! My kids are excited to "go to school" every morning!

My daughter attended TLE for almost three years until she started kindergarten this past September…read more There are definitely things over the three years that left a lot to be desired and at times the turn over did seem high. It was hard when you felt like you developed a good rapport with your child's teacher/director and then they leave, and then you have to start all over with someone new. But what I will say is my daughter had two amazing teachers during her time at TLE. The first, Ms. Jailyn, really took the time with her kids from what I could see and my daughter loved her and I could tell her teacher loved her back. I felt at ease when she was there and even if she had to give me a bad report on my daughter's behavior I felt she wanted to try and find a way we both can help her and not that it was just my problem as her mom. When Ms. Jailyn left I was not happy and worried who my daughter's next teacher would be (I did have some not so great experiences with other teachers.) There were at least two other teachers she was switched around too but thankfully she ended up with Ms. Rose. I can literally not say enough amazing things about Ms. Rose! My husband and I truly believe she made a difference in my daughter's life! She is so patient and kind and really a remarkable woman. My daughter would have meltdowns in class and Sometimes it would be rough but Ms. Rose never gave up on her and always would try to come up with new ways to help my daughter feel comfortable and redirect her tantrums. I am sure it was hard for Ms. rose but she kept pressing on and made us feel that our daughter was in great hands. My child needed a "warm and fuzzy" individual and Ms. Rose is exactly that person. I know not all teachers are like that and there are great ones who aren't but Ms. Rose was exactly what my daughter needed! I hope TLE does all they can to keep Ms. Rose because she is truly an asset to have!

To Melissa M: You have no idea what you are talking about. You were not there while my children…read morewere attending Tutor Time and what a terrible experience was for them. Did you even see what occurred when they were there? Were you in the room when the experiences I related happened? Were you privy to the phone calls and messages I received from Tutor Time? No. So you have no right to say I'm making stuff up and call me a liar. Alison and Danielle may be nice to you but they were not to my youngest son. They were very rude and nasty to him and couldn't wait to throw him out. They treated him like absolute dirt. One other thing that I didn't put in my first review is that I called my school district about what to do about my son and his situation at Tutor Time. When one of the directors who has a PhD in education found out that my son was attending Tutor Time of Massapequa, she said "I've had this conversation with them before. Their methods are terrible. The teachers have no training whatsoever. Their only response to when a child doesn't behave is to isolate the child and eventually try to get rid of the child which causes much more harm than good." So it's not just me. Tutor Time has a bad reputation with my school district and they have a low opinion of Tutor Time's methods. Don't tell people to ignore my review because it is a 100% accurate reflection of my children's experiences there and people should know that it isn't the happy, sunny place you insist it is.

I see a lot of mixed reviews on here and I would like to address some inconsistencies. We've been…read morepart of the Tutor Time family since 2015 and I can honestly say that this team is wonderful, caring, attentive and really do go out of their way to make this feel less like a daycare mill and more like a family. The teachers are wonderful. A few years ago there was a different director and I was not happy with how things were going with my oldest and pulled her out and put her into a local preschool- HUGE MISTAKE. I really wish I had stuck it out with Tutor Time. When my son was born, we chose a different daycare at first because of some of the issues we had with the previous director, but ended up switching back to Tutor Time and I'm so happy that we did. It was night and day the level of care and communication my children received there versus other centers and schools. Allison is wonderful and I feel that she truly makes an effort to know each and every child that is there and tailor their care and education based on their needs. There are some really standout teachers there that treat your children as if they're their own. All of the children that I know that "graduated" from Tutor Time went on more than prepared for Kindergarten. My son is in Preschool now and is doing science experiments, art, music, and writing activities DAILY. These activities are done all day long and not just in the morning. He comes home singing songs every day. They now have cameras that you can observe the classrooms, plus they continue consistent communication, pictures and videos throughout the day through their app. They have regular family activities, such as trunk or treat, holiday concerts, summer parties, etc. all while trying to maintain safety for the children and community. I know everyone's experience is different, but I can honestly say we've been very happy with Tutor Time and would wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone looking for childcare in the area.
