He started here when he was just 13 months old, and now he's almost five and currently attending the VPK program. Watching his growth over the years has been amazing, and I am completely confident that he will be more than ready for kindergarten this fall. Every child is made to feel special and supported, and the environment genuinely feels like a family rather than just a daycare. We just spent one year in BBA during VPK. I want to give Busy Bee Academy 5 stars. Here is why: 1. The teachers and director here are ALL genuine people, they care for children and families. And it shows, my daughter hugs her teachers and director before she leaves the school for the day. 2. Children are tought kindness, inclusivity and respect here. 3. VPK kids still have an option for a nap after lunch, which was great for my child. 4. The school makes holidays feel very special, always wonderful potluck parties with kids and their families. Nice kids concerts, tons of wonderful memories. 5. Beautiful playground in the middle of Boca. 6. We had awesome VPK ceremony ( thanks to the hard work of teachers)! My child still talks about it. 7. Great learning program. My daughter began to read here and is super ready for kindergarten. Most of all, I felt comfortable leaving my child here for the day because I had that warm gut feeling that she is in great hands when I was dropping her in the morning. Busy Bees Academy has been a huge blessing to our family. We have been a part of the Busy Bees community since 2019, when our oldest child turned one. From the moment we toured the institution, we knew it was special. We felt the warmth and we could see the happiness on the children's faces and feel the genuine care from the staff. The school offers endless activities and a thoughtfully planned curriculum tailored to each age group. They host a wide range of events that support both academic and social engagements with the parents such as Curriculum night, Thanksgiving and Christmas performances and pot luck dinners that bring the families together. Our youngest child has also been attending Busy Bees since she was under a year and she is graduating VPK this year, marking a 7 year relationship with the school (and counting). Our children attend year round, meaning they were also part of their summer camp program--something we believe speaks volumes about the trust we place in Busy Bees. Communication has always been excellent and their flexibility and attentiveness are second to none. As I mentioned above, the teachers are caring, detail oriented and truly invested in each child's growth, making you feel like your child is genuinely known and valued. My kids learned so much and are well ahead academically when they begin their journey in the Palm Beach County school system. We are forever grateful for the experiences our children--and our family--have had at Busy Bees Academy. We just moved to South Florida in the middle of the school year and wanted to find a quality location that we could trust to take care of and educate our son. Based on the reviews, we chose Busy Bees. From the beginning, they welcomed our son and fully explained their academic program. I loved all of the special activities planned, such as an on-site petting zoo, Dr.Seuss week, gardening, etc. that helped bring a love of learning to life. The staff and teachers always went out of their way to make the experience so special for both students and family. Ms. Christie is the perfect blend of compassion and toughness needed to corrale and educate such a large classroom of young children. We're very happy that we sent our son there. read more

We have had our son in Busy Bees since around 4 months old. They have been nothing but kind and great in his learning experience. We are blown away all that he has learned and we love how good they have been with covid precautions. Our son seems to like his classmates and the teachers. Most recently we had a birthday for our son and got a chance to meet all the kids and they all seemed to be well cared for and happy. He started out in the baby room and just turned 3 so he's now with the older kids and is learning and having fun. They share pictures to their Facebook and WhatsApp so we always are kept in the loop on special events. I read a review that the owner is "money hungry" from a few years ago and that couldn't be further from the truth- she is the absolute best, professional and loves each and every one of those kids in her school. read more

if I could give this place 10 stars i would !!!I have had two girls both go here from 18 months - Vpk and even summer camp as they are now 5 and 8 . We were blessed to have had great experiences with the director Mrs. Harvinder and all the different teachers over the years! Both of my girls had learned so much, and the environment was perfect for them to flourish in so many ways... When they were babies, I never had a diaper rash. I never had them sent home hurt... I think there was one time my daughter scraped her me and the playground and they called me and let me know immediately... My girls learn to read even before they left when they were VPK because of the extra instruction, the teachers gave them . They have what i would call a multicultural environment because there are kids from all different races and they learn about different holidays like Christmas, Diwali , Hanukkah, kwanza ! they put on great shows and always make you feel welcome and you were like family.... it's not just like your child another number or paycheck for them. They actually really care and engage the kids and feedback on how they can work at home to improve. The place may look a little older but it's because they've been there for like 30 years, but I tell all my friends that are in the book of Raton area, but this is the place that we trust our kids with more than anything! I'm blessed and have been blessed to have found such a reliable, trustworthy and lo place for my kids in their younger years ! highly recommend!!!! read more

Classroom was a mess. The kids looked disorganized. Some of them were eating, some of them were just siting around, some of them were playing with toys. The teacher informed me kids brought their own snacks from home, and said they were taught and spoke only Spanish in the afternoons. The owner is money hungry as the other reviewer mentioned. She will tell you anything you want to hear just to get your money. She will say snacks are included; she will make up an academic program; she will change the business hours just to answer your questions with a "yes", and none of that would be true. This daycare is very disorganized, and lacks basic preventive security measures. read more

My son has been going here since he was 2 now he will be 4 in August. He loves it. He tells me about his friends. They are always learning. Also they do so many activities with the kids that they aren't just waiting for their parents to pick them up. They genuinely love children. I can not say enough good things about Busy Bess. I will start by saying the director, Harvinder, is extremely involved with the children. Each and everyone just love her. I absolutely love Busy Bees so my kids do ! It is really like a big family , all the teacher are amazing , they are so nice and extremely competent , they do know what they are doing . Small size preschool , clean , colorful , full of toys and supplies and yes plenty of activities . I rode Elaine review and she is absolutely right " they aren t just waiting for the parents to pick the kids up " , there is some love .... My oldest was there since he was 1 year old to until he finished VPK just now (5 ) and we could not have found a better school for him . I am very disappointed in this preschool. They yell at the children and think it's okay. One of the teachers has a serious anger management problem; I walked in and she was yelling at all the kids which sat there terrified. First it is not okay to yell at anyone, let alone children which are under 5 years old. These children need to be taught not yelled at. I went to the director to voice my concerns and she just blew it off; so apparently it's okay for teachers to yell at the children. read more

I love Busy Bees! My son turned 3 in January and has been going to Busy Bees since he was about 15 months. The staff and owner are friendly and helped make our transition an easy one. Ms. Maria and Ms. Sara in the "baby room" made the morning drop off less painful, and fun with cheerios and bubbles. I was dreading the move up to the next classroom, but the teachers gradually made the change so it was not a huge adjustment at once. They also helped make potty training go smoothly, by taking scheduled potty breaks and helping the kids get used to sitting on the toilet. We have another little one who will be going to Busy Bees soon too! I recommend at least checking it out for yourself and sitting in with a class if you have any reservations. read more

Busy Bees is an outstanding school. The faculty is extremely nice and helpful. They were very understanding considering we are Italian and, therefore, new to the area. They helped my daughter, which had a difficult time adjusting to the new environment. She was able to feel comfortable in the school within a week. The director, Harvinder, has a lot of experience, is very professional and incredibly helpful and polite. She did everything to make us feel welcomed. My daughter's teacher, Catia, is absolutely wonderful. As well as Maria who is always around to help in everything she can. They are very understanding about drop-off and pick-up times which is very much appreciated by busy parents. Everyone makes you feel at home, they like organizing events in the garden and during holidays which gets the families together and is great for the kids. I'm more than pleased with Busy Bees, they care more about our children and their education than anything else. In October, when we return to the U.S., we will look for a house in the area just to be close to the school, where my daughter will definitely be returning to. I recommend this school to anyone looking for a school that will make their child feel like at home surrounded by great educators. read more
