I'm in Sonora for two weeks, had tried other places during past visits, major problems with the machines working properly, several not working at all, so I figured I'd go a bit out of town and try it. Well maintained, clean, comfortable atmosphere. Everything worked perfectly. The dryer got a large load of clothes dried the first time... I didn't have to add $10 and dry for 3 hours. I called around for laundry services and thank goodness I got a hold of Esmeralda. They charged by the pound to wash clothes, they washed, dried (obviously lol) and folded it for him, he was pleased. It's cramped space and only one chair to sit in so you either leave or go sit in your car. It's also about a quarter more than the laundromat down the road. It says the call if you have any complaints or you need a refund to call her number the manager which is the owner. But nobody gets any refunds. She doesn't want the customer to use the bathroom she thinks they'll tear it up but it's already torn up I wouldn't use that bathroom. It's pretty gross.
