They were very thorough with their work and explained to me in great detail to help me understand the extend of the damage and how they were going to take care of the water and mold issue. They communicated with me daily regarding what time they will starting for the following day. They covered the floors and put up containment. Cleaned up at the end of each day and never left the job site messy. Took out the old fixtures with care so they could be reused. This team really does a quality job. He was very nice and we had a number of messages back and forth before I booked the appointment at my home at pine mountain lake . The van showed up at my house and backed in to my driveway . Unfortunately, he backed right in to my house and damaged a post that was connected to my house . The technician got out of his van and I showed him the damaged post. He responded that my husband could probably fix it. I asked him for his insurance and he called the owner Jeff . I spoke to Jeff and he assured me the insurance would take care of it . His insurance finally resolved the matter after 3 months of contact by me. Getting back to the carpet, the technician cleaned the small area of carpet and then brought me the bill. Not only was the amount exorbitant, but he told me there would be an additional $40 charge for travel to pml. I was never informed of the additional charge by the owner . End result was overinflated charge for carpet cleaning and damage to my house . Never again will I use this company
