They follow all the silly little instructions you leave them to help your pet feel more comfortable while you are gone. They will also set out your trash, water your flowers and bring in your mail. They are fantastic. We won't ever use anyone else for our "furry kids".

The place I currently walk for have gotten clients recommended to us from this place, as they felt group environment wasn't in the best interest for the dog(s) and that they're better off having one-on-one time while relaxing in the comfort of their own home! However, today we go and pick up our Lab and she has a cut on her side. When we asked what happened we were told "no idea. Maybe she ran into a cabinet or table but we will check the footage from the groomers office and let you know." The manager calls me and OF COURSE the cameras are down. The manager then tells me that maybe the groomer clipped her when shaving her..... she wasn't shaved! She only had a bath! Do not take your dogs here. Such bad service and my poor dog had to pay the price.
