I have been meaning to write this review for a while now. We took our dog here about 4 times before summer. I would not take your dog here. No toys to play with and small rooms. The young kid who owns this or whatever also lied to me. I asked about a room and what was going on inside because I could see it and he said nothing and it was being cleaned - that was not true and I could see dogs in there and they all looked so sad. He said we could not go in to see dogs because it would rile them up, also bullshit- you just don't want people seeing your shitty/ depressing rooms. Do not take your dog somewhere if you cannot tour the place - duh no brainer, hence why I feel silly I even came back. The last time we picked our dog up he wreaked of pee and had yellow paws and had to potty right away. I should have known better and actually feel bad I let my dog come here. He was never excited to come. They also do not let you come see inside which is super sketchy and the one time I was able to get a look it legit looked like a jail cell and the dogs looked sad. It's also not cool the workers just stay outside and watch. That is not normal and they should he interacting with the dogs , not staring from a window outside. My dog hated coming here and was never excited. We ended up moving to pampered pets and it's been nothing but amazing ! The workers are great, so friendly and constantly interacting with the dogs. They have TVs where you can also see them and a beautiful outdoor space. They even have a pool for swim lessons . Please safe yourself the trouble and your dog the trauma of coming here. My dog visibly gets excited and cannot wait to come to pampered Pets so also a sign I know he is being loved and treated well. read more

Tito always comes home exhausted! This place is so clean and the staff is very personable. I am newer to The Dog Wagggin but can appreciate all the upgrades they have put in for the dogs. I would highly recommended this place to anyone that needs a day care for their pup. read more

Yes yes and yes! Mark, Lisa and the rest of the crew at the Dog Waggin are absolutely wonderful!! We have 3 pups which are nothing short of a handful. I could not believe how welcoming and comforting everyone at the dog waggin made us feel and made our crazy little furry crew feel like family. We have never before felt comfortable leaving the pups with a sitter let alone leaving them in an overnight setting..... until we found Mark, Lisa and crew! I live out of town and had to fly in to pick up my current dog. This place was recommended highly and was close to the rescue place I used to find my new dog. The Dog Waggin gave my dog a full evaluation and even offered to help me out for two weeks as I was not able to take the dog home right away. I promptly paid and they watch her for two weeks while I managed my affairs at home. I was able to drive out and picked her up and take her home. The staff dealt with my million questions and many phone call to see how she was doing. :) very knowledgeable and I still call with questions whenever I am doubting my parenting skills. The Dog Waggin is AMAZING! My husband and I are both first responders who work long days at times...it was important to find a great day care for our German Shepherd girl. A lot of other places don't want to take a chance with GSD's, and do not know how to handle them. We took our girl for an evaluation with Lisa and we were so pleased at how well she did! Her report card was good...stating she was "welcome anytime"!! WOO HOO!!!! Lisa, Mark, Rich(Nia's boyfriend) lol and all the super amazing and dedicated staff at the Waggin have truly become her second family! Our girl stands by her leash every AM to tell us its time to go visit her other family. Its such a great feeling to know that our fur baby is safe, being treated like a princess and is totally happy all day! She has so much fun..and those school pics and Santa pics!!! WOW BEAUTIFUL!!! We trust the staff 100 percent! LOVE this place, my dog can't wait to go to daycare. He is always so happy going in and when i pick him up. They were also wonderful when we did boarding for 4 days, I was so nervous ( first time leaving him) but they stayed in contact with me the whole time. Highly recommend this place!! read more

Brought my perfectly normal healthy pet there for the weekend and come home to a dog covered in urine, lethargic and super sick. This poor dog I was told was urinating herself all weekend and I did not receive any phone calls, they texted my work number in which I was not at work. They clearly had my cell phone number as it was given at check in on sheet of instructions. I see my ORIGINAL POST WAS DELETED!!!!! THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL......I do not know what happened that weekend whether she was hit, kicked, bitten mistreated, given medication or what but my poor dog died the morning after!!!!!! Also...in case you've never been to a dog park ...dogs humping each other upon the introduction of a new dog on the scene is a natural domination establishing behavior. A SEVEN MINUTE evaluation deducing that MY dog has "too much testosterone" is ridiculous. Clearly you missed ALL of the other dogs humping HIM. Yet that was his fault? Had you given the situation more than SEVEN minutes everyone would've gone about their business. If you had any dog training experience or ability you would know this and would know how to respond accordingly. Rough house playing is not aggression nor is humping. So sorry you have no patience and that he might have required you to take two seconds to redirect the dogs in your care. You had a negative attitude from the second we walked through the door. Dogs pick up on this...in case you weren't aware. And to isolate a dog in "time out" with a whole room of dogs in the next room is a rookie move at best. I would hate to see how you would handle child daycare...kicking children out for misbehaving after one day in New surroundings. Time out for dogs...pshaw...like he's going to sit there and ponder what be did wrong? My dog goes to the dog park EVERY weekend and has NEVER had a problem. This is such a wonderful welcoming place!! The owners are so genuine and genuinely love what they do and provide great care for all pups! We recently brought our puppy there for the first time. The facility is very clean and all the dogs play very well together which they make sure of! The owners are so great that she sent me pictures and an update of my pup! We will definitely bring our pup back! Such a wonderful experience!! Our pup was so tired the next day from playing so much! It's a great way to get your dog socialized! Rates are very reasonable. My pup absolutely loves coming here and she is always nice and pooped when she gets home. On request, Dog Waggin will text you photos and updates of your pup throughout the day. The people that work there take such good care of the dogs and knows each of them by name. I only come here once or twice a month but every time I walk in the front door, they greet my dog by name and she always runs over to say hi and can't wait to get inside to play with the other dogs. read more

Dog Waggin' is fantastic! We take our lab to daycare here and recently he stayed for a weekend for boarding. He came come happy, tuckered out and smelling great (had him groomed too), just how we like him. What totally blew us away was Caitlin. She came to our house to care for my older dog who would not do well outside the home. She was AWESOME! She sent me texts and pictures regularly and truly spoiled my old man. Every time we go on a trip, we bring our dog here for boarding and couldn't be happier with the place - we wouldn't think of bringing our dog anywhere else! The staff here has the perfect combination; they truly love and care for the animals in their care and they know their stuff. Our dog gets nervous and full of anxiety easily. When we tried other, traditional, kennels, he always came home skittish and scared which lasted for a few days. But when we leave our dog at Dog Waggin, we know we will come home to a happy, calm dog - the environment is comfortable, and the owner gently socializes him with other dogs (he is our only dog). What a world of a difference this makes. The staff have gone out of their way to look out and accommodate our guy, and they've bent over backwards to accommodate our some of our last-minute trips. It's been such a relief to us to find this place - it has made our travels much more stress free. Highly recommended. read more

Jokingly, my husband and I always say that if our dog ever ran away he would just go to the Dog Waggin' and wait for someone to let him in. That is how much he loves it there. It is truly is second home. When I pick him up in the evening he literally will sit there as long as he can so the staff, who are all amazing, can pet him while he leans on them. The owners, Mark and Lisa are so wonderful to deal with as they both are understanding, flexible, laid back and so helpful. The facility is always clean and welcoming. The owners go out of their way to accommodate their customers and do a wonderful job of hiring people who are 'dog people'. When we go out-of-town, I never waste a second worrying about our dog because I know he is so well taken care of. We have never once had an issue or felt like we should consider going else where. Why change when you're already at the best. read more

The people here are super friendly and my dog was exhausted after a weekend there! I have not sent a dog to a kennel in years after a bad experience, but this was a totally different experience! No paying $10 for ten minutes of one on one play time... Here he played often and was socialized with other dogs which made it a better time for him! read more

I was very nervous about bringing my puppy to a day care but with dog waggin I never had to worry! They even text you throughout the day at your request with updates on your dog and pictures of your dog playing with their friends! Also they separate small dogs from big dogs creating a safer environment. They have never done anything that has made me not trust them! I brought my dog here for day care and boarding! They also allowed him time to eat and drink his own water in the middle of the day..something not all day cares I've tried do! They are friendly and honest! read more

We brought our puppy, Saba, home 3 weeks ago. Super excited, yet terrified because OMG! THE PUPPY IS HOME, NOW WHAT?!, we called the lovely folks at The Dog Waggin, and Lisa was quick to come to the rescue. The team has been coming to our home daily to assist with Saba's needs. It's great to get random pictures and texts letting me know how my furbaby is doing throughout the day, and that she is using her best puppy manners! I've been taking my dogs, Frodo and Lily, to the Dog Waggin for a few years now. I've always been a nervous mother and worry about the safety and happiness of my kids. I used to take them to PetSmart Hotel and rent a suite but I was never totally thrilled with the place. When I would pick up my babies they were always stressed and upset and would become sick within a few days after bringing them home. I had almost decided to never vacation again! I decided to try The Dog Waggin and I'm so happy I did. Lisa has been great assuring me Frodo is "normal" when he takes a while to warm up to the other dogs in daycare; within a short while he is part of the pack. Lily always seems to have a good time meeting new friends and Lisa told me when she needs a bit of alone time she will bring her into the office to relax. I like that the small dogs are separated from the big dogs and have their own little place to play and watch the world. I'm also excited they now have cameras installed because in the near future I should be able to watch them via the webcam. If you are also a pet parent and want the best for your little one(s), please consider the Dog Waggin. read more
