I explained i was there before 11 and she said that she had locked the door exactly at 11. i asked is no one onsite when the store is closed. she said yes. (this has me concerned that no one is with her when the store is closed). at 4, i called multiple times and finally someone answered and informed me that they are currently open. i asked why did no one return my voicemails, she said that she got busy and didn't have a chance. I'm not very happy feeling that my dog is left alone when the store is closed... i'm assuming multiple dogs are there, what if something happed to any of them. Sadly, i won't be returning to 7Paws for business

We used to love this place and have spent thousands over the past year. I wish I didn't have to…read morerate it so low, but things seemed to have changed in the past few months. Our lab had been going since he was a puppy. Doesn't have a mean bone in his body--family, friends, and strangers have commented on his sweet disposition. 7 Paws even told us he plays with dogs others won't play with. Needless to say we were surprised when they twice claimed he was aggressive with another dog. He's never displayed ANY aggression and they couldn't say what happened or why. Besides, many times he came home with scabs and it never was a concern of theirs then. There are also no webcams available to the public. It left us questioning the staff's level of training and the level of supervision overall. After the second "incident", with no previous warning, we got two differing stories from different workers on what to expect for any future visit. I wish I could say this was the first time we received mixed messages. We reached out twice for clarification--no response. I was shocked when I next picked him up and found he was in a room the size of a closet for the whole visit. He was crying, desperate to go outside and do his business, and based on how much water he needed was very dehydrated. If they replied with clear details and he was clearly in the wrong, I'd be calling our trainer to work on the issue. But no communication leaves me wondering if there isn't a good explanation. After that last visit I worry they just don't care. I guess we'll find another place that does.

I never worry when she is with Mark and his caring staff. Gizmo comes home tired and happy! She gets lots of love and attention whether she is there for a day or several. Being an elderly dog, she has lots of medications that need a competent adult to administer when she is boarded. Truly it's a lot of extra work! No problem for the Meadows Dog House! My dog has a chronic Illness and I usually call at least once a week to make an appointment, ask a questions , or have a concern and each time I am so well taken care of by the Dr's and staff. Not one person rubs me the wrong way, which is rare there is usually one person that you just end up not liking to deal with. They all love my dogs and treat them like their own . My last vet .. they didn't really like dogs if you can imagine that. So I know my dogs are in great care and I highly recommend them .

They are loving and caring and take care to make sure all our pets are well looked after. We trust them to stay in our home while we are away and to ensure that someone is there when they are supposed to be. They are a small business and do not have the resources nor the legal requirements to make accommodations for a special needs employee. I appreciate that they even gave someone an opportunity and disappointed that when it didn't work out instead of accepting the result graciously they are being bad mouthed by a disgruntled former employee. The care for animals at Arroyo Pet is excellent and we will continue to use their services as we trust they will ensure someone is there when they are supposed to be.

Sherrie watched my cat...sent pics, videos, and left me updates for each day. She even let me know when something was "amiss" at my house (i.e. car in my driveway).
