The service is great . The people are honest to the point where they will guide you to a less expensive firearm if it means it's a better fit for you, as they did in my case . But they will also give you a nudge if you still need to convince yourself to buy something a little nicer lol. I brought my first gun here at Butch's gun world. Very nice and family oriented business. I have checked a few gun stores before I went here and they had a amazing selection for a very nice price as well. I ended up buying a Sig sauer p320 m17. The previous owner made changes to the gun as well so it was a upgraded gun too. Had all the paperwork for it came with 3 mags what more can you ask for! read more

I have been dealing with Butch for over 30 plus years. He and his staff are knowledgeable and honest guy's. Always go out of their way to satisfy and accommodate the customer. And yes, I could go else where and get what I want cheaper, but Butch is personalize service. I fell out of a tree Deer Hunting, broke my 1187 Shot Gun in the fall. Took it back to Butch where I bought the shotgun. He wrote up a work order, sent it back to the company and I got a new gun, no questions asked! That wouldn't happen at Dick's or Cabelas. Well here is an honest non-biased review. Butches feels like a nice small shop when you walk in but wow what an amazing gun selection they have they pretty much have every gun you can think of for all spectrum of shooters. But everything you see at their store you could find for cheaper in other gun stores in the area. I ordered a gun online and wanted it shipped to Butches but their transfer fee is outrageous 90 dollars!! As per the Gun rack in Vineland charges only 30 dollars.
