After a couple unanswered emails and a slightly chilly phone conversation with the receptionist, I ultimately had to drive to Trenton to see what I was going to get. After being told it would take 4 weeks, (which was not a problem), I came home early one day about 2 weeks later to find two workers installing it, which was a surprise.
