It's not clear because they share space with Kore Chiropractic - you know you're in the right place if you see the Kore logo. When you pass through the doors, the Kore receptionist is on the left and the medical clinic receptionist is on the right. I've only been there once so far, but I didn't have any issues with either of the receptionists I dealt with as opposed to other reviews. I even had a good laugh with one of them about how the office was hard to find. Dr. Cubra was amazingly kind. I felt a little bit rushed, but who can blame GPs for their time constraints. And he was admittedly patient with all my questions, even those I asked him as he was on his way out the door. Dr. Jordan Sugie and his dermatologist will scam the government by submitting something that was unnecessary given I had the prescription many times in the past. Every time I have an appointment with this clinic they are rude. Sugie rude and so is the dermatologist who are colluding together against the government and us the taxpayers ultimately. So what they are doing is charging the government of Canada extra unnecessary charges and scamming tax payers. Furthermore, I mentioned this in the clinic and left, and asked for my entire medical history I got a letter of Dismissal. I fired them the day before. Good riddance.

After some back and forth, the doctor finally called and she told me that I can't give referral until I see you in person. That's understandable, but the guy I called initially didn't mention this at all. So I wasted my entire day because the idiot from the office doesn't respect my time or the condition I was in, either that or he isn't as informed as he should be... Had he told me from the beginning that you'll probably need to be seen for a referral and that won't happen until September-ish I would've been more understanding and went to an ER instead, but that didn't happen instead I was needlessly in pain for 2 extra days. Avoid this place. Go to Mount Saint Joseph ER, they were wonderful.

They have set up their online system way before Covid, so they adapt much better to this time. As a woman having to go to the doctor for birth control refill, they make the experience much easier. Other places that I tried, the doctor mistake the location and failed to explain a bunch of related information that you could provide ahead of time. 2.
