It would have taken 30 seconds to let me on. My ticket was stamped at 6:14. I had to wait 24 minutes in 28C temperature for him to drive back, drive passed me again to park at the far end of the lot in the shade...then come and let me on at 6:38. UNBELIEVABLE. I figured there was some kind of mistake, so when I boarded I asked politely why he couldn't pick me up when I was standing there. He pushes a laminated rule book in my face saying, yelling "rules! there are rules! must be on time! must follow schedule. Read! Read!" I get that buddy but there were NO OTHER GUESTS waiting but me. The bus was mostly empty when it left. It would have taken 30 seconds to let me board! I was RIGHT THERE! A basic common respect of passengers would suggest a slight judgment call here. Even if somehow he couldn't, he could have simply been polite about it but man what a total jerk he was. So much attitude, yelling, and total obnoxiousness. WOW. I feel compelled to write this everywhere until I find management to complain to. MEANWHILE DO NOT PARK AT THIS PLACE!

The bus driver even drove quickly to the ferry terminal a few times because he knew I would have missed the ferry!! I was very appreciative of that. They try to park their shuttle as close to where you park your car when possible if they don't have too many other parkers in other areas. You can park your car where ever there is space. They aren't picky. I figure I did a lot less walking with their shuttle from there to the terminal than you have to when in the Ferry terminal long-term parking, which I had to look all over for their shuttle and just ended up walking the distance. When you come back, just wait for them to arrive as they come for each sailing to pick people up or drop off. So good deal and cheaper than the ferry terminal parking.

Have you SEEN how far you have to run to the terminal?! IN HEELS?! At Park N Go, a shuttle takes you to and from your car to the front door of the ferry terminal and going either way, i've never had to wait longer then 5 minutes to nab a shuttle and get going (with the exception of holidays, which you may have to wait for a second shuttle or sit on a strangers lap). It's $11.50 a day and they don't overcharge you - it's down to the hour. $11.50! That's $7 cheaper a day then the ferry lots and you pay on the way out, so you don't have to fiddle with stopping for cash, guestimate what ferry you'll take home or fumble with telephone payment if you've missed a boat. You get off the boat, you shuttle to your car and you pay - cash, credit or debit. It's painless. Seriously. NO excuse.

I also ordered a pot of tea and asked if I could have a refill pot of hot water after I finished this one. The answer was yes. There are many places to see on the ferry and my next choice was the gift store. Every gift store is different. This ship didn't have the British Columbia section of books for sale, but they had nice looking clothes for men and women. I don't think it should be named a "ferry" terminal when it's a CRUISE SHIP TERMINAL. Well, we learned quickly and drove about an hour to this Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal. We didn't have reservations, but luckily we're able to board as "walk-ins". The ride was uneventful. There was a gift shop, cafeteria, and restrooms available. We had brought snacks, so we ate on board. We were able to walk around the outside of the ferry after we parked our car and made a note of what level and what stairway were closest. Overall, it was an alright experience. We know what to do next time!

From start to finish this was so deceitful and unorganized. We were traveling with two babies under…read moretwo for my sister in laws wedding. We triple confirmed that we would have two cribs, two car seats, and some type of acknowledgement for my daughters first birthday. Stephanie T. Confirmed via email multiple times to both my husband and we that we were all set. We even paid her directly and up front for the car seats. Upon arrival to Mexico they told us we didn't pay for the car seats yet and we couldn't put our babies in the car until we paid. We showed them email confirmation that we already paid and they still wouldn't budge. They didn't let us use the car seats, pulled them from the car and drove us there as is. I emailed Stephanie who responded immediately and said they can bill her there was a miscommunication and then later responded saying actually we have to pay them directly and she will refund the $80 but we will have to pay $80 for the car seats on the way from the hotel to the airport. ( which by the way there weren't any car seats for that trip) When we finally got to check into our room hours after our arrival there were no cribs. When I reached out to Stephanie she said it's up to us to call the front desk and coordinate that. This was surprising to us because what was the point of going through her at all if we had to do everything?/ I would have organized this prior to getting up to the room when our babies were completely exhausted. They brought up two old pack n plays with no mattresses. The wrapped blankets in sheets as the mattress which is not safe AT ALL. The most disappointing part was that it was my daughters first birthday and Stephanie confirmed that the hotel would definitely do something ( balloons, decorations, a special treat) but she wasn't sure what. The day came and nothing happened so I called the front desk who knew nothing about what I mentioned. They said they'd try to do something and never did. Overall, I'm unsure why we went through this company or used Stephanie because we could have done exactly what she did but way more efficiently. USE OVER THE MOON VACATIONS NEXT TIME
