Looks like they remodeled this hotel so everything is clean and comfortable. Free parking, good pricing but just far away from the city. The walls are a little thin as well as I could hear people from all sides (woke up to the upstairs guest coming back around midnight). Free breakfast buffet that does rotate menu -- nothing amazing, mostly continental breakfast burritos, egg bites, fruit, muffins, etc but decent and great to grab before your day starts. This inn (more like a very nice hotel) is what a hotel would look like if someone, with access to the same pool of money as any other small hotel, made all the best possible decisions in how he spent that money. Let me count the ways: The hotel room had a separate living room in it. No more expensive than any other room, but it was walled into 3 sections: a living room, a bathroom vanity (with a separate bath and toilet), and then the bedroom. The bedroom and the living room sections both had their own TV. The decor of the room and the hotel itself is incredibly clean and classy. All parts are new and look maintained. The bedroom actually has a light on the ceiling like a normal bedroom. Gotta love that. The sink has liquid hand wash soap. Gotta love that. The vanity lights all work and are very flattering. Gotta love that. The bed was very comfortable, and the bedsheets weren't tucked in weirdly like the usual hotel room beds are, but in a normal human way. The hotel room feels like a small, clean apartment. You feel like you can live there. I wanted to stay for a week and more. The staff was friendly, and everything was well-lit. The hotel also had a social house and bar below it, which was awesome. The parking garage was right next to the elevator and provided almost instant access to your car from your room. It was sound insulated and was one of the quietest places I've ever been in. A parking garage. The only possible negative thing would be that the (free) breakfast didn't have much variety, but the provided food was high quality. Again, reflecting that this hotel made the best possible decisions within its non-luxury hotel budget. This is no inn. This is the most worth-it hotel I've ever stayed in. read more

I'm not sure why people have complained this hotel is outdated from a couple years ago because it's definitely been renovated! Booked a base queen suite and loved it! There is a living room area, a kitchen area and bedroom so spacious! I think the winner is there is free breakfast and free EV parking for Tesla and other EV port charging which is hugeeee! Bed is a queen but I am sure they have upgrades from the base room though! Super clean, friendly check in, and parking was really easy for EVs! Would stay again and price is hard to beat! read more

A bit out of the way from 99 but still day to get to and reach Richmond and Vancouver. Clean and updated property. Check-in was easy and staff courteous. Parking easy in their garage and side lot. Rooms updated and clean. Beds and pillows comfortable. We were on third floor and heard no outside noise and floors seem sturdy enough that folks below us would not hear us. Breakfast was better than I thought. Some hot and savory items with some sweet (a bit too sweet) pastries. Lots of fruit, juice, coffee and tea. Prices were decent too. Keep it up. read more

Love, love, love this hotel. I decided to come here on vacation on the non tourist season. Not only is my room super spacious and clean, it has central air, easy access to the parking below and Tsawwassen is central to everywhere I wanted to go. There is a Brown's Social House restaurant attached and that was a bonus. Check in was easy, my bed is comfortable, the staff is great. They have free breakfast items most mornings. It has a bath tub and a handheld shower head which was super important to me. I plan to visit Canada again soon and will stay at this hotel or another in this chain. read more

We found this hotel on Hotels.com. We wanted something close enough to drive in to Vancouver, but without the expense and busyness of staying in Vancouver. The Coast Tsawwassen Inn was easy to get to, and in a clean, safe area. We requested a room with 2 queen beds and our room ended up being somewhat of a suite - main room with the refrigerator and table and bed, then a hall area with the sink and counter and bathroom and closet, and then another room with the other bed. The lobby was pretty, with a big wall unit of books, and some comfy couches and chairs that we did enjoy sitting in after breakfast both mornings during our stay. Complimentary breakfast included hot eggs and pancakes, a toaster oven for bread and pre-made waffles, cereals, cottage cheese, and fruit (cups and fresh). I personally did not care for the waffles - they were cakey and took a couple of times through the toaster oven to heat through. Large size bottles of body wash, shampoo, etc. were included as well. The negatives here are minor - tight parking, and the elevator was out of service one of the mornings. The air-conditioning could have been a problem had it been warmer as the sun did come in and warm up the second room. There is a note that says you can't put it lower than 68. It was warm, and that was just about right. Any warmer and we may have had an issue with it. There's a Pizza Hut a few minutes walk up the street that has a daily special pizza for $10. There's also a Tim Horton's a few minutes drive up the street. Depending on where you are driving in from, you pass the landfill and it's stinky. Make sure you put the recirculate air on in your car so that you don't have to smell it. read more

Please do not go to this inn/ hotel. The customer service was bad and the complimentary water tasted like sink water and the air conditioning had a problem and it was always going cold even when it was freezing it kept getting colder. The breakfast tasted horrible and tasted straight out of a 7/11. Do not recommend this place. read more

When we checked in, the clerk wasn't particularly friendly, he rushed although no one else was waiting. The suite is huge (#304), there is a jacuzzi and a shower. No windows in the living room. There is a lot of wear and tear and old stains everywhere, the jacuzzi looks dirty and is chipped, there are scuff marks on the walls. The kitchen looks clean, though. The coffee kit doesn't have decaf coffee, and only dark roast, so if you aren't into dark roast or want decaf, you will have to pay extra at a coffee shop nearby. If you're ordering breakfast, you'll get an ice-cold breakfast in your room. The wrap has bacon, fried eggs, potatoes, cheese and salsa, there was no "cheeseless" option (so, I had to get my breakfast elsewhere). The breakfast kit also included an apple and apple juice (not a good breakfast option for me - I am intolerant). This Coast also doesn't (yet?) have bidets in the bathroom, if that's what you were hoping for :). Let's say that for the price you probably are better off going elsewhere. read more

Older, dated hotel with ballrooms. The rooms are "welcome to 1995" still with original and modern touches such as peeling paint, water stains and radio alarm clocks. The water pressure is nearly 0 psi, the air conditioning is basically 0 and the whole house place is rather noisy. Coast hotel is a throwback to a time of conferences and grand restaurants in hotels and dark wood. Think business meetings before the internet. And other things. Don't look for a power outlet near the bed, it isn't that close. Don't hope for a room that's 69 degrees F because it close to 77 or hotter. Basically the only reason to stay here is because it's basically the only place to stay here. I wish I would have continued staying in Richmond as I did the past two nights. Only saving grace is the OK lounge place attached, Brown Socialclub. Food is ok, drinks alright and prices prices decent. I like Tsawassen a lot but not too fond of the Coast Hotel Tsawwassen. read more

This is a decidedly older hotel, but very convenient to the BC ferry terminal. There is limited parking space for checking in, but we found a spot. We were told at check-in that we had been upgraded to which I responded "It is obvious my reputation precedes me". I am not sure how much of an upgrade we received since I booked superior suite king, but maybe it was the jacuzzi which we did not use. The hallways are dark and I noted more than a few stains on the carpeting. The room itself was fine though the bathroom vanity was too small. There is indoor parking with the exit on a residential street. The hotel provided breakfast was in a nook off the lobby. The food was terrible with premade breakfast sandwiches, premade pastries, etc. I tried the granola which was tasteless and yogurt with canned peaches. We would have dined elsewhere, but we rushed due to early ferry reservations. I would choose a different hotel for our next stay in the immediate area. read more

Large rooms with a living room, fridge, tv in personal living room and bedroom. Not a flat screen. Has a microwave, FREE WIFI, and breakfast. There is a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and work out room. Service was great here and the balcony was nice to sit on. The only thing I am confused about is why this area is called Delta when it specifically says you are entering a different town when driving in. read more

The Inn was staffed with terrific people. From the night manager, to the front desk staff, to the maintenance man, everyone worked to erase what could have been an embarrassing moment and change a stay- ruining event into a (now) funny memory. After dropping a toilet roll roller into the toilet, which required an entire new toilet, another room, and some late night assistance above and beyond the call of duty, the staff remained cheerful, good-humoured, friendly and efficient. My Kids loved the place, the staff were great with them and professional, nothing was too Much trouble, I took some time out summer 2011(18days) from UK to visit family and take a look around Vancouver unfortunately through ill health my wife couldn't make it yet she insisted we all needed a break, so i took the kids,We were made welcome and were looked after, free continental breakfasts in the morning which we all enjoyed and the coffee was great! An overall really good hotel. They have free breakfast which includes boiled eggs, cereal, pastry and more. They have a weight room and a pool which closes at about 11. Their rooms were very nice too. In the room, we were provided with lotion, shampoo and more like a cap for the shower. read more

Hotel was ok. As stated by another it is quite dated. However the lobby and breakfast area is nice. Our room 134 was way down at the end. The room is a suite which is nice but the layout has the sitting area placed with no windows so it is dark. The bed room was cold. Glad there was a complimentary blanket. WiFi didn't always work in this room. Breakfast was ok as continentals go. Not many hotels to pick from in this area so will likely stay again but would definitely ask for a room with a balcony and some sunshine. Also don't park under the trees in the spring. Sap makes a mess. read more
