great guy, super fast repair. I would most definitely recommend using his company, because I would use him Again!

Absolutely exceptional! We woke up at 4:30 AM to a broken car window and immediately turned to Yelp, where Butler Auto Glass stood out as a top choice. I reached out to a few companies, not expecting any responses until later in the day, but Sean messaged back at 5:30 AM with a quote. He worked around my husband's schedule and completed the job within 2 hours. He even used his shop vac to clean up all the shattered glass in the driveway. Incredible service--fast, professional, and attentive! read more

Came to my home and did a fantastic job lifting the window on my son's car back into position!

Of course I recommend BUTLER AUTO GLASS 100%. Sean is a very professional and honest person in what he does. He came yesterday to repair the front windshield of my son's truck and one of the doors could not be opened. He was very kind and returned the next day, At no extra cost, the price is very reasonable and not expensive. There are not many people like him and professionals. Thank you very much, Sean!!! read more

Butler Auto Glass - Auto Glass Services Near Me

Butler Auto Glass has already received many well earned great reviews - they also deserve to one from us - my wife's Scion has been leaking somewhat and recently during a storm the water poured in on the passenger side floor - Sean, the owner, came to the rescue - promptly came out to give a fair estimate and returned a few days later to install a new front windshield / He pointed out the terrible rust around the window trim (yuck) - he got busy and removed the rust, painted that area, installed the window and finished it off with new trim molding - "even when his wife had her own auto emergency " if you need such a repair do not hesitate to call them first - you do not need to go to a shop anymore as this company will come to you - how good is that ! read more

Sean is an an honest guy to deal with. I thought I had a rock chip in the windshield of my Tesla but he told me it was a sensor for the wipers and I didn't need any repair and didn't charge me anything for coming over. read more

Sean was great! He had quick availability and drove to my place to fix the chip in my windshield. Good pricing and great service.

He was very responsive and was able to come rather quickly to our house. My husband was home and asked if he could also fix a chip on his car too. I'm so glad we went with a local business. The prices were remarkably reasonable for the services. read more

Our car's windshields have been really lucky so far, just sustaining some small road stone chips until this point. On a recent trip on the 101, we got smacked with a HUGE road stone that made a giant chip in the smack dab middle of the windshield and there was no escaping the fact that we needed it fixed. I called around and everyone said it was too big and had to replace the entire windshield, which would have been about $300-500 depending on if I used my insurance or not. Enter Sean with Butler Auto Glass! Sean was super responsive via phone and text and was friendly and helpful and assured me that it could be filled rather than replaced and he could come over the very next day to do it. What a nice guy! He was on time, courteous, fast, and the job was done in a blink. I venmo'd him the fee which was super convenient and reasonably priced, and that was it. I hope not to have another rock chip of this size again, but I do know that if I end up needing help again in the future, Sean is the guy I'm going to call. Big fan! read more

Needed a chip repaired on my RV. I didn't want to have to drive it somewhere in case the parking was bad. Sean came out same day. Very professional very customer focused and did an excellent job on the glass chip. read more

Sean repaired 2 rock chips in my windshield. I would give Sean more stars than 5 if I could. Sean beat the competition on price, speed of repair, years of experience and even had a warranty. On top of that - Sean told me to check out his repair before I paid him and I couldn't find where the repair was made even though my nose was practically on it - great work and seamless!! He is a very personable, polite and humble guy. read more

I was looking to replace my windshield and wanted to support a local company (not Safelite). I reached out and we had a date set. There was a hiccup with the date as there was a need for a staffing switch. The owner was completely communicative. The next day from the original appointment date my windshield was replaced. I followed all aftercare instructions. After 48 hours(my choice), I entered my vehicle and noticed that the housing unit of the rear view mirror needed to be puzzled back together. A quick text on a Sunday with pictures; he responded right away (to my surprise... happily). He was at my place of work on Monday to put everything back in proper togetherness. If you are looking for quality, customer service, and a local company ... please give them a call. Highly recommend this mobile service! (Kimber) read more

Sean is incredibly nice and helpful and really good at what he does! It was certainly a treat to have him come to me instead of my needing to drive anywhere and he assessed my windshield condition with knowledge and respect for cost. He did a very thorough and efficient job addressing the crack and everything took under 20 minutes. I'd recommend him to anyone and will certainly call him again in the future if I need more windshield help! read more

Sean is super professional from start to finish! Highly recommend. He gives that old school dependable service that is pretty rare nowadays. The reviews don't lie 5 star! read more

I have the same comment as many others: Sean came to our rescue after AAA and Safelite screwed everything up. We have a floor-model Prius from Hansel that had a rarer back triangle window, needing to be replaced due to a break-in. Twice Safelite came to replace it and a third time I went up to Santa Rosa but all three times they had the wrong window. Our rear-door window also needed replacing and the absolute stupidest thing is that Safelite could not replace the more important rear-door window (even though they had that part) because 'their system wouldn't allow it'. When I told Sean this, he was polite and said it was BS (instead of using the full term). Can't Safelite do a bit of extra paperwork or get their 'system' fixed? Would this have happened 20 years ago? Big tech and the internet is the thing that's getting stupider and more invasive at every turn (and I'm sure AI won't help). Sean replaced the rear-door window, ordered the rare triangle window from our VIN, and then replaced that a couple of days later. If you have AAA you have to force them to line up Butler rather than having them set you up with their people in San Rafael or Santa Rosa. Yes, go local(!) and avoid the increasingly ludicrous and evil corporate/internet world. read more

Like the the other reviews, just a great experience start to finish. Sean is a pro. Quick and easy, just the way I like it. And reasonably priced. Will be my go to in the future if needed and will highly recommend to all who inquire. Yelp needs more stars. read more

Another five star review! Super fast response time. He was able to get me an appointment within a few days. On the day of we received an ETA text which was great, too. He arrived right on time and had the new windshield installed in less than an hour. It was literally on the hottest day we've had in the middle of the afternoon. If I could give extra stars for this alone I would. Price, value, customer service read more

Sean is awesome! He came out same day about 2 years ago to replace my windshield after it had gotten cracked, and he was by far the best option. Not only was his quote the most affordable, but he was also the most affordable quote that came to my house and replaced it while I was inside working from home. I LOVE that I didn't have to take my car in to a repair shop for my windshield to be replaced. Most recently I experienced the same great level of service - Sean came out, same day, to repair a ding in my windshield. It was done efficiently, at my home, and all the while he was enjoyable to chat with. Definitely call Butler Auto Glass first if you have the unfortunate issue of a windshield replacement or repair! read more

Shawn was great! They cleaned and put in the new glass quickly and professionally and reasonably! Highly recommend them!

We called Sean (Butler), about a leak that soaked our Nissan SUV's floorboard, thinking that it was a Windshield leak from TWO Years ago. Altho it was well out of warranty, he came to our house, (on Two separate days!) and spent at least two hours tracking down the leak, only to discover that it was the 'Sun-Roof' rain-drain that was clogged, causing water to run INSIDE the car, NOT the windshield! - Sean was very Professional, Cheerful, Fixed the problem, - and after all that, - - - NO CHARGE! - (We DID give him a hefty 'Tip' tho, as he well deserved it!) CALL SEAN! - There's no one better in town, (or Out!) read more

I contacted various Auto Glass repair shops thru Yelp and ultimately went with Butler Auto Glass. Even though the vehicle we needed the windshield replaced on was new and not in the database, Sean did his due diligence and was able to acquire the correct windshield for our vehicle. Sean provided us with a quotation and we accepted his bid. Sean followed up to set a day and time that would work for us. Sean showed up promptly when he said he would and completed the task perfectly in a short amount of time. We definitely will use Sean and his team again if we need a windshield repaired or replaced. Truly a 5 Star Group! Thank you, Sean! read more
