We agreed on a time, and he showed up as expected with a helper and did the job in 20 minutes. I know what is involved, and as a rookie, it would have taken me two hours. The job was spotless, the door was adequately reassembled with no loose ends, and I haven't found a single spec of glass shards. I just recently purchased a 2020 Ford F-150 King Ranch edition and a rock chipped my windshield and eventually turn into a pretty sizable crack that went across the driver's side of the windshield. It took 2 appointments to get it done, no fault of Enrique's team, the dealership ordered the wrong windshield. So nice of them to come out to do a rear window replacement on an SUV. Makes it nice and easy since the hatch opens up for easy access. So they sent 2 people to do the job, one did most of the work with a hammer smashing what remain of the glass so they can transport it easily. My complaints is the glass left behind due to the worker smashing the window with a hammer. Job nice and done and car was cleaned up as far as I could see, but what about the neighborhood? Since the car was the only job they were being paid for they did a quick 30 second sweep around the car and that's it. So now need to clean up before kids and/or animals get the glass. read more
