After a horrible week of cancelled and missed appointments by Safelite. Which in the end said my windshield is not available anymore. I called reliable auto glass Thursday afternoon. The woman on the phone was super nice and helpful. I told her I was trying to get my windshield replaced asap because a week was wasted by safelite and I had to go back to work Monday. She went above and beyond ordered my windshield and made my appointment for the next day! (Friday) Impressive because my car is rare and most of the parts for it are discontinued. I dropped off car for windshield replacement that Friday morning and the women in the office were very friendly and even recommended a nice café nearby for breakfast while I waited. I also spoke with one of the gentlemen that was doing the installs because I had some questions. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I had two windshields done on the same day: one total replacement and one ding filled to prevent more damage. Every part of the experience was easy! The whole team was warm, welcoming, and efficient. Ding was done within 30 mins and the full windshield was done three hours earlier than estimated. In the past, other shops we used left us with higher road noise after a new install. Service Par Excellence! I had two of my car windshields replaced by Reliable Auto Glass way back around 2016. This year (2023), I noticed some leaking during really heavy downpours. I asked about their warranty and was told that as long as I remain the owner, they would honor their work. So, I dropped my car then picked it up later. I needed 2 plastic inserts that holds the drivers side glass to a bracket on a 2003 S430 MB. MB said I had to buy the whole drivers window for 450.00 just for only 2 20 buck inserts. I thought to talk to a shop that installs glass on cars. I told the man at Reliable Glass my problem, he said wait here came back and gave me a special glue kit to glue the glass to the brackets eliminating the plastic insert. He showed me what to do and didn't want any money for the kit. I've been in the automotive field for over 55 years and never seen or experienced something like this before The shop was clean the office personal were awesome. I had the best experience using Reliable Auto Glass to replace my 2020 Honda CR-V windshield. Everywhere else was charging an arm and a leg and it was like pulling teeth to get a straight answer. The second I started working with Jennifer and Becky, they told me they would take care of everything and I didn't have to worry (they were right). They were able to work with Geico to get OEM glass approved, which was one of the main issues I had been running into. They also worked with the local Honda dealer to get the windshield which was sold out everywhere else. On the day of service, they even exceeded expectations and got it done much quicker than estimated including recalibration. Everything turned out great. I have been taking all of my vehicles to Reliable Glass for many years. They do a professional job on both cars and trucks. Recently my 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 started giving me a unwanted shower after a recent rain. I first visited them and inquired about fixing the leak Mike, the owner came out and inspected the situation and came to the conclusion that the leak was most likely due to a blocked sunroof drain. it was close to the weekend and I was told that I might have to leave the truck for an overnight. so I brought it in and left it at the glass shop quite late in the morning. the lot and the shop was crawling with other trucks with leaks. iI went back home and was looking to leave the truck for at an overnight. 2 hours later I was told to come get my truck because it was done! they did quite a bit more than open the drain I noticed that the headliner that was soaked when the truck arrived was now dry with no evidence of water anywhere. I recommend Reliable Glass to anyone who has some automotive glass issue. I have found Mike and his crew to be very competent and tops in taking care of the customer. 5 *****'s for sure! read more

Great customer service! I called regarding my husbands rubber molding on his windshield. It came off on the top and they asked me to send a picture of what it looked like or bring it in. This business is truly one of a kind, excellent service provided. It has been too long since I have worked with a company that is honest and truly offers excellent customer service. To make a long story short, I took my suv to my local dealer to have a leak looked at that was appearing on my headliner. Dealership charged me a close to $2,000 to remove headliner, diagnose as the sun roof drains needing replacement and replace my sunroof shade. After paying the bill I didn't feel comfortable having them replace the drains, went to Reliable Auto Glass and the gentleman said it would be unusual not to be able to clear out the drains. He proceeded to take part of the headliner down and SHOW ME that the drains were actually clear and the problem was a cracked sunroof frame.
