Great people to work with. Gave me an awesome price to replace my Mercedes Sprinter windshield that took a rock while I was working. Call them at noon on a Tuesday and it was repaired by Wednesday 3 PM. Incredible! And 40% less than Safelite quoted which was way closer to me (15 min Vs 1 hr). Happy to travel to Rohnert Park and get a WAY BETTER price with good people. Give these guys a try. You'll definitely get an honest deal. read more

A rock hit our windshield and chipped it. So frustrating! Reliable Auto Glass to the rescue! The Volvo dealership doesn't replace windshields so sent us to Reliable Auto Glass. They were responsive by phone, quick to get us in, and quick with the turnaround. They gave us options (original manufacturer's equipment (OEM) glass or aftermarket windshield to save money) and explained them. We're happy with our new windshield. All electronics were connected/calibrated and we're back in action! read more

My rear view mirror fell off (second time, first was 5 years ago) so took it to the dealer. Last time it took three days for the adhesive to "set" then had to go back to have the mirror glued on. This time, the dealer "didn't have the parts" so referred me to Reliable Auto Glass. What a different experience! They reattached it to my windshield in 15 minutes! guess they use better adhesive Amazing customer service! No three day wait! No second trip! NO CHARGE!!! I will be referring anyone who needs auto glass repair to Reliable. Thank you, Reliable, for such a positive experience Well worth the 45 minute trip read more

I looked around trying to find a mobile windshield service and didn't have any luck, so I called my local body shop. They suggested that I call Reliable Auto Glass since that is who they would send it to if I had taken it to them. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Rob came to my home to replace the windshield and was pleasant, quick and did a great job. I hope to not need a windshield again but if I do, I know who to call. read more

I've never had glass repair done here but I want to recommend them anyway. I had topped by for advice about removing a wiper arm. I didn't need the advice after all because the man in charge removed it for me at no cost. Also, these are the friendliest people you'd want to meet. If I actually need glass work, I'll be back. read more

We had an issue with a leaking sunroof. Customer service was very friendly and knowledgeable and communication was thorough. The owner met with us and clearly communicated his approach to the work. The work was done well and in a timely and the agreed upon timeframe. Price was reasonable. We will take all of our cars here for glasswork in the future. Thank you Reliable Glass! read more

I had two windshields done on the same day: one total replacement and one ding filled to prevent more damage. Every part of the experience was easy! The whole team was warm, welcoming, and efficient. Ding was done within 30 mins and the full windshield was done three hours earlier than estimated. In the past, other shops we used left us with higher road noise after a new install. This time, the noise level is perfect. Highly recommend!!! read more

After a horrible week of cancelled and missed appointments by Safelite. Which in the end said my windshield is not available anymore. I called reliable auto glass Thursday afternoon. The woman on the phone was super nice and helpful. I told her I was trying to get my windshield replaced asap because a week was wasted by safelite and I had to go back to work Monday. She went above and beyond ordered my windshield and made my appointment for the next day! (Friday) Impressive because my car is rare and most of the parts for it are discontinued. I dropped off car for windshield replacement that Friday morning and the women in the office were very friendly and even recommended a nice café nearby for breakfast while I waited. I also spoke with one of the gentlemen that was doing the installs because I had some questions. He was friendly and knowledgeable. They got my windshield installed in a timely fashion and with no issues. I would recommend reliable auto glass. read more

time to write a review...I have been to Reliable Auto Glass now four times in the past three years for repairs (I commute a lot), I am so impressed...there work ethic is the old way of doing a job...The job gets done right the first time, the customer service is excellent, they talk straight to you, and you only get charged what they tell you the first time. I dealt with this company years ago when I needed glass replaced and it was the same way back then...they are good people. read more

Service Par Excellence! I had two of my car windshields replaced by Reliable Auto Glass way back around 2016. This year (2023), I noticed some leaking during really heavy downpours. I asked about their warranty and was told that as long as I remain the owner, they would honor their work. So, I dropped my car then picked it up later. I was happy that they did not charge me for anything AND THEN they told me that they TOTALLY REPLACED the ENTIRE WINDSHIELD at NO COST to me! This absolutely blew my mind! Where else can you experience such amazing service anywhere these days? Last but certainly not the least, their front desk staff are super friendly, most respectful and highly professional! 5 stars does not give Justice because Reliable Auto Glass deserves so much more! This is the kind of local business that our community should be proud of and support. read more

A huge rock hit my windshield and cracked the entire thing. The first place my insurance sent me to said they could not replace it and had unhelpful recommendations. I looked at the reviews at Reliable and was assured over the phone that my windshield could fully be recalibrated and reset. I was able to get in the next morning and my service was completed thoroughly and timely. Becky was exceptionally helpful and I can't recommend this place enough. Very professional and courteous! Thank you so much! read more

I cannot express how amazing Becky is! She really went above and beyond to help with our windshield. We had the worst experience with a local dealership, they totally dropped the ball. She made sure we were taken care of even when the other party didn't care about what happened to us whatsoever. She didn't have to do any of what she did to help us and we are beyond grateful! The turn around time was super fast too! Thank you!!! read more

I needed 2 plastic inserts that holds the drivers side glass to a bracket on a 2003 S430 MB. MB said I had to buy the whole drivers window for 450.00 just for only 2 20 buck inserts. I thought to talk to a shop that installs glass on cars. I told the man at Reliable Glass my problem, he said wait here came back and gave me a special glue kit to glue the glass to the brackets eliminating the plastic insert. He showed me what to do and didn't want any money for the kit. I've been in the automotive field for over 55 years and never seen or experienced something like this before The shop was clean the office personal were awesome. Thanks again for saving me 450.00 read more

Super honest and nice place that I'd definitely visit again. They listened to our issue, offered to take a look for free, and when they couldn't resolve it offered suggestions on where to go. Very good people. They also ran on time and were reasonably priced in their quotes. read more

I had the best experience using Reliable Auto Glass to replace my 2020 Honda CR-V windshield. Everywhere else was charging an arm and a leg and it was like pulling teeth to get a straight answer. The second I started working with Jennifer and Becky, they told me they would take care of everything and I didn't have to worry (they were right). They were able to work with Geico to get OEM glass approved, which was one of the main issues I had been running into. They also worked with the local Honda dealer to get the windshield which was sold out everywhere else. On the day of service, they even exceeded expectations and got it done much quicker than estimated including recalibration. Everything turned out great. I hope I never need another windshield replacement but if I do I will be sure to use them again. Thanks for everything! read more

I was driving north on Petaluma Hill Road one sunny afternoon recently. As a HUGE gravel truck passed me heading south a rock hit my windshield creating a giant star about the size of a silver dollar. Took my vehicle into Reliable Auto Glass in Rohnert Park. Due to the size of the fracture, I opted to purchase a new windshield. Got an appointment for the NEXT DAY! Within four hours, the job was done. Windshield is perfect. Kristy and Becky, in the front office, were personable and helpful. I highly recommend Reliable Auto Glass. read more

I have been taking all of my vehicles to Reliable Glass for many years. They do a professional job on both cars and trucks. Recently my 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 started giving me a unwanted shower after a recent rain. I first visited them and inquired about fixing the leak Mike, the owner came out and inspected the situation and came to the conclusion that the leak was most likely due to a blocked sunroof drain. it was close to the weekend and I was told that I might have to leave the truck for an overnight. so I brought it in and left it at the glass shop quite late in the morning. the lot and the shop was crawling with other trucks with leaks. iI went back home and was looking to leave the truck for at an overnight. 2 hours later I was told to come get my truck because it was done! they did quite a bit more than open the drain I noticed that the headliner that was soaked when the truck arrived was now dry with no evidence of water anywhere. I recommend Reliable Glass to anyone who has some automotive glass issue. I have found Mike and his crew to be very competent and tops in taking care of the customer. 5 *****'s for sure! read more

Great customer service! I called regarding my husbands rubber molding on his windshield. It came off on the top and they asked me to send a picture of what it looked like or bring it in. Amazing customer service and very helpful!!!! I would highly recommend them if you need a help with your car windshield. read more

Great work and great people. When you want quality work for your ride, these guys are the shop to go to.

I guess I have to start with, 'Yeah!' five stars. When a truck in front of me kicked up a cloud of debris that I had to drive thru, it turned out to be rocks and sand. Which put a chip and a star right in my driving line of sight. I contacted the gecko and they wanted to direct me to '@&#*' safelite. I asked for Reliable. I was not disappointed. They were professional and kind the whole day and worked while I was at work myself. The receptionist stayed late to allow me to pick up my car after work. Thanx. I really appreciate it Reliable! read more

This business is truly one of a kind, excellent service provided. It has been too long since I have worked with a company that is honest and truly offers excellent customer service. To make a long story short, I took my suv to my local dealer to have a leak looked at that was appearing on my headliner. Dealership charged me a close to $2,000 to remove headliner, diagnose as the sun roof drains needing replacement and replace my sunroof shade. After paying the bill I didn't feel comfortable having them replace the drains, went to Reliable Auto Glass and the gentleman said it would be unusual not to be able to clear out the drains. He proceeded to take part of the headliner down and SHOW ME that the drains were actually clear and the problem was a cracked sunroof frame. He told me to give them,"heck" for taking my money and trying to get me to pay for unnecessary work. Reliable saved me from being scammed and saved me thousands over dollars. read more
