I used Butler Auto transport to ship my Toyota Venza from California to Nashville 7/15/15. I have to admit, it was a bit overwhelming blindly searching the internet for a reliable company to do this...mostly relying on review sites for guidance. That being said, my experience with Butler was so good, I thought it could really benefit others if I posted a review. When I first called the number for Butler, I spoke to Denise. She is extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was thoroughly informed of the process and costs. Speaking of costs... other than getting your car there in one piece, this is what everyone really wants to know, so here it is. I received dozens of quotes from other companies and Butler beat every single one of them by $50 - $250. As my requested date of shipment approached within 2 weeks, Denise was in much appreciated constant communication with me, ensuring I was prepared for the pickup. Although a particular pickup day might work out better for a customer, the reality is that one should expect a pickup "window" from the day before your ideal date, to the day after, so it's a little dynamic. The driver that arrived in my residential neighborhood for pickup, brought with him a truck that carried about 3 cars. The loading of my Venza was totally smooth and the driver was very courteous and professional. From what I understand, this truck then delivers those 3 vehicles (including mine) to a large car carrier in Los Angeles for the long distance delivery. The expected delivery date of my car to Nashville was 5-7 days but it arrived there in only 3! Now that's great service. As I hadn't arrived in Nashville yet, the company made arrangements with the leasing office of my apartment to unload the car and deliver it to my assigned parking space in the underground parking garage... which is where I found it 3 days later. the car was parked perfectly, it was delivered without a scratch, and they kindly left the keys with an agent in the leasing office for me to pick up. Now that I am returning to California I will be using them again. I highly recommend Butler if you're planning to ship your vehicle any distance. They are a very trustworthy and professional organization that understands the importance of maintaining a high level of service while keeping costs low. Save yourself the trouble of searching the internet and wasting time gathering quotes from other companies. You wont find a better service or deal than these guys. read more
