The paint now scratches off when you bump it. * After painting, we were going to hire him to refinish our kitchen cabinets. He took the job, and said he was going to start on 5/18. He didn't show up. * No call. No reply to emails, calls, text messages to see if he was going to still do it. He didn't reply to anything for two weeks. During this time, he still had our house key and one of our cabinet doors.
