* Personal issues, back issues, stomach issues, etc. prevented him from working. * Did not show up for days, or weeks at a time. * No call, no show for each occurrence. * Painting five rooms and a stairway took months. * Holes unfilled, drips, left patches unpainted. * Broke a glass item and lost part of a window blind (not repairable) and didn't tell us about either one. * Only one room had the walls sanded, he painted the rest over with bumps, lumps, etc. *"Fixed" our stair railing by painting over old paint, without sanding, and didn't apply poly. The paint now scratches off when you bump it. * After painting, we were going to hire him to refinish our kitchen cabinets. He took the job, and said he was going to start on 5/18. He didn't show up. * No call. No reply to emails, calls, text messages to see if he was going to still do it. He didn't reply to anything for two weeks. During this time, he still had our house key and one of our cabinet doors. It has taken three follow up talks and the threat of legal action to get our key and cabinet door back. * We were MORE than understanding of his lack of professionalism and promptly paid him for the original painting job. read more

We are thrilled with the pace and quality of the work performed in our home! The home looks like new inside with pristine baseboards and flawless edging---and my husband is picky! Todd even repaired a warped baseboard and patched and painted a pantry door---looks like new! The price was fabulous---we flew him out to AZ for the job and we were not disappointed. He repaired some previous errors, caulked where necessary and offered suggestions for repairing our dog-gnawed curio cabinets to make the gnash marks less obvious. The reception to our new interior has been excellent---people have noticed the little things that were off and are now perfect! Many thanks to Wright Touch Painting!!
