My grandparents and a lot of other family members are buried here. I have fond memories of visiting their graves with my mom and aunts and uncles. It was sad but bittersweet as I'm sure most of you guys can relate when visiting cemeteries. It was a way of honoring the ones I didn't get the chance to meet. It's out in the country so the drive there is beautiful. I remember always passing home grown tomatoes being sold on the streets near there. The cemetery itself is kind of small but beautiful. It's also really old. I remember walking around and looking for the oldest ones. It was sad cause the older you go back, the more babies and small children's graves you would see. I'd always like to bring flowers to put on their graves. This cemetery is very dear to me. I would be surprised if there were any more plots available for sale. This cemetery is a small, country cemetery, where I can say that at least one American hero has been laid to his eternal rest. (The American hero is my dad, incidentally). The cemetery is very well maintained and looks nice, every time that I go to pay respects to my late father, his parents and 3 of his younger siblings that proceeded my dad in death. I know that I am probably going to be having my mom join my dad sometime soon here and I can tell that the cemetery has done a great job of keeping my family's graves well maintained. read more
