They couldn't have been kinder and more helpful and accommodating to all our needs. Paul was very sensitive to our every concern. The prices were more than reasonable. They should have had wife kids grand kids brothers sisters etc not a hodgepodge of get in where you fit in !!! Making arrangements felt overwhelming, but they guided me through every step with compassion, patience, and kindness. I never felt alone. I will always be grateful they were there to carry me through such a difficult time. Toni was an absolute gift. She took the time to truly understand who my dad was and created a service that felt deeply personal and meaningful. Aside from that first meeting, there were countless calls outside of business hours she made to reach out making sure I was informed and involved in every step. Tess played an equally big part the night of the visitation and first burial. Toni and Tess are not doing a job they are providing angels on earth service. I had never experienced a burial reflect the person so beautifully and as well brought so much comfort to me and my family. It extended beyond, everyone who attended could feel the care that went into every detail. In the middle of so much sadness, they created a sense of warmth and peace that meant everything to us. What touched me most is that they didn't consider their service and support over after the burial--they continued to check in and offer their kindness. Who knows what got in there but it was wide enough to suggest a rodent of some sort. The hole was still there days later.
