OUT! so i ride to my doc appts with a local medi-cab service cause svta busses…read moredetroy my neck and back. on jan.3 2022 my ride from the cab service didnt show up cause svta decided they needed the run more. the cab service did not even know i had an appt. my appt. to the pain clinic was scheduled for 9:15 a.m.. thanks to svta i did not get there until 10:00 a.m.. needless to say i was turned away at the clinic for being so late and given another appt. for the following week. they had one for the next day but svta requires three days notice in advance. so now i will have to go an entire week dealing with my chronic pain because of svta. I BET THEY WILL STILL BILL THE GOVERNMENT FOR THIS RUN!!!!! I WAS UNABLE TO GET MY MEDS.

City cab showed up on time in a beat up Malibu that smelled like smoke. The price was almost double of that quotes by Uber. And the driver waited until we arrived to the airport to tell me that he does not take CC. He said he does not have a reader. He pointed me to the ATM on the side of the airport terminal. I paid him in cash and no tip. Of course he did not get out of the car to take my luggage out of the trunk.

Waited…read moreover 2 hours for the taxi when he said it would be 20 mins when I called for a check up on the status of the taxi they hid the rejected call button.. several times what a poor excuse.. the sad part they should have gotten a really good tip for the importance of me getting to were I needed to be hope that fourty dollar tip plus the fair was worth it for probably the shortest fair of the day....thanks for waisting my time and having me miss my appointment never again.. what a joke of a cab company... You really should work on better business skills and remember that u make money off of people who pay for your service..... I seriously hope Uber or Lyft or another taxi company puts you out of business.... It would be a lesson for you to learn...
