I've given Butler Spa Nails four chances this year, and the customer service--especially from the women--is consistently poor. Staff are rude, dismissive, and ignore requests. With a hefty price tag, and she expected for me to tip her, I believe my tip was included the price ma'am thank you. The only reason I'd ever consider returning is for a pedicure from the one respectful gentleman there. Otherwise, I won't be back. read more

As a part of our 12 Days of Christmas celebration, I took my daughters to get manicures. While checking out, I distinctly asked if there was an additional charge for using a credit card. I was told no. After I paid, I saw a convenience fee for using a card. I asked the young lady, who checked us out, about it and she completely ignored me. We are literally 2 feet apart and she's acting as though I wasn't talking. I remained calm and poised and asked for a manager. I was refunded and paid with cash. I had to use this as an opportunity to show my children what their rights are, as a consumer. A business should NEVER blatantly lie to you with no regard for you. read more

I had one the best experiences of all at the asian owned nail salons I have tried in Atlanta. I usually only support black-owned nail salons but my regular place is temporarily closed and I was in need of a pedicure. The man standing out front took me right away. He was so invested in making sure I had a good experience and he was very neat. The pedicure was pretty good. He used that scraper thing before I could say no, which I don't like at all but he didn't speak much to ask anything. He started putting white polish when I asked for a light pink, but he let me know he really wanted the color to show up, so this was his way of ensuring. at it worked! The salon is super clean, quiet, free parking and reasonably priced. I would absolutely return here and probably never try another awful place again! read more

I came here hoping to finally find a nail salon close to home, but did not find it here. I called ahead of time to see if they had availability, and talked to a very gruff man. I arrived, told them the services I was requesting, but they did not clearly tell me where to sit. It took for the woman being service to ask him where they wanted me to sit. Their sanitization was questionable, although they do get one star for wearing gloves. My major issues: 1- he put gel on my toes despite me not asking for gel. 2- very unfriendly service and I had to repeat myself numerous times 3- no music at all--the vibe was very strange 4-they got annoyed that I asked them to clean up my nail bed, it was stained with SNS powder and it looked terrible. It still wasn't fully done but I had already been there for two hours so I was ready to go This location has potential but the customer service and workmanship leaves much to be desired. read more

You get what you get without frills. I've been to the nail salons that give you wine & they appear to be "fancy". That price is also luxury for possibly the same quality work. I've been having my nails done by Molly for 5-6 years off & on. It's convenient & she always remembers me. This is what I'll say, Georgia isn't the best with customer service as a whole. We have casual conversation & I give specific instructions on how I want my nails. Molly listens to me & will fix anything before I walk out or pay. That's fair! She does classic simple nails & fills. She stays in her lane. There are new younger girls who are Blk (PK, Lauren & Nikki). That's kinda the problem since it's equal opportunity, English speaking, gloves worn, & licensed. It's simply hard to find someone who wants to really work. Their hours are hit & miss based upon who shows up. It's not Molly's fault. They definitely need to be more professional with their convo & temperament. I get in and get out! Yes I'll be looking for another nail salon of better quality, but the prices will be higher & distance further. I'm not willing to do that right now while this is 3 miles from home. Plenty massage pedicure chairs. Plenty free parking. New plastic cover in bowl. Unreliable hours. Call first. Ask prices in person & on the phone. Be clear with what you need & want, don't blame them if you're passive aggressive. read more

Service is good but there's been more than once where they weren't open at 10. I understand being late sometimes, but I've waited 15-20 minutes after 10 on more than one occasion. sometimes i come when they're supposed to open because i have things to do & time is wasted. read more

I have gone 3 times and my nails are perfect and stay in tact until I return. Alice does my nails but Dani also did a great job on my daughters nails and the other young lady has appointments back to back every time I go so I'm sure she does an excellent job as well. read more

Came in on a Friday afternoon and there was only one client in. That should have been a red flag. Customer service was not good. While I was there, I watched as one guy blatantly ignored one lady. Another came in and within 2 min of her pedicure, she was injured by the same guy. I received NO massage with my pedicure and my SNS looks a mess. No one else received massages with their pedicure either, so I guess this is a thing here...but you still pay $35. It's a no for me. Sucks because the location is perfect, but this place is literally the worse nail salon I have been to in a really long time. Save yourself the disappointment and just take your money elsewhere. read more

had a great experience when i came a few months ago. but i came today (sunday) and they were closed. they were also closed last wednesday when i stopped by. while i was sitting in the parking lot, a lady pulled up and said she stopped by yesterday (saturday) and they were closed. they have no updated messages on their voicemail. while the "Open" sign on the window is lit up, this business appears to be closed, at least temporarily. pity too, i really liked them. read more

The level of customer service has deteriorated the more I have gone to this convenient salon. The spa is generally empty because the nail techs service their clients with contempt. They talk on the phone while doing your nails. The last time I was in, the tech ran lukewarm water into the pedicure bowl and asked did I want the same nail color. I told him I needed to look at the colors to decide and asked could he warm up the water while my nail polish soaked off. He soaked my toes got up and put on his jacket and left. Fortunately, Lindsey, the only friendly tech in the spa, completed my pedicure and manicure. I will not go to this spa anymore. read more

Got my nails done there yesterday. SNS on hands and Sugar Scrub pedicure. Met Molly and she was great. I was a bit nervous when I walked in bc no one was in the shop at 5:00 pm. But people started coming shortly after I got there. I was in and out in just over an hour since no one was there Molly and her other worker (a man) took me on at the same time. She did feet, he did nails. Overall, I am pleased and will return after checking out a few other places since I am new to the area. I always struggle with sanitation at places like this. The man went out to smoke but didn't wash his hands when he came back in and smelled of smoke as he was working on me. I saw Molly spray what I guess was alcohol on some of the tools she used but not on everything. If sanitation were higher they'd have gotten 5 stars but the shop was very clean and orderly. Molly was very friendly (not rude and abrupt like other places) and her english is pretty good. I could tell she had a good rapport with the other customers that came in. I recommend. read more
