He came off very rushed, dismissive, and honestly, a bit rude. Now, the woman who did my pedicure was kind and gentle, and I appreciate her professionalism. However, my concern lies with the timing and quality of service I received. I walked in at 7:39 PM, unaware that they closed at 8:00 PM. If that was an issue, it would've been completely understandable for someone to kindly let me know they were closing soon and ask if I'd prefer to come back the next day. Instead, I was met with visible irritation. My pedicure began at 7:39 PM and polish started at 8:02 PM--meaning the entire service lasted just about 24 minutes. For a spa pedicure, that's far below the standard. No part of the price was adjusted despite the shortened service, and I definitely felt rushed through a process that should've taken 45 to 60 minutes. It felt incomplete and not worth the full price I paid. Honestly, it's a gamble. You might get the full experience, or you might get a rushed version like I did. Either way, the price remains the same. I'll need another pedicure within a week--when typically, I can go two weeks without a problem. This just didn't meet expectations. The shop is super clean, friendly nail techs and over 1000 nail colors you can choose from. :-) I needed a mani and pedi so bad, so I came here today. I decided to just get a pedicure, since I have quite a bit to do today. My toenails grow so long, so I got them cut short and of course they are really cute. I arrived at 11:45 and left out at 1:10. My feet feels so good. Feels like I'm walking on air. LOL! But no for real, I am really content with the outcome. I'll definitely be back soon.
