Just today I got to Walmart and I saw a lady sitting in one of those electric carts waiting for something so I asked her you waiting for a ride she told me she been waiting for a taxi for an hour and she was concerned cuz she couldn't get through the company so she gave you the name of the company she used which was here and I called and when the guy did answer he was really upset that the guy hadn't been there to pick her up there's several entrances to Walmart so I told him which one she was at so they'd be right there and I guess they were here quick as anything to pick that lady up so I give it five stars but they did make her wait a while but then again to get the four stars now because they rectified the situation sometimes that happens people are people his employee made a mistake or whatever so I say that's a good place he answered he took care of the situation he was very nice read more

Dirty. Smoky. And the woman owner who drove me home was rude. She charged me $150 for a 27 mile ride. They can charge whatever fee they want because there isn't any other ride share service in Oroville after 7:00pm. I was a pleasant passenger. I was perfectly sober and tried to share an easy conversation. This company needs either some competition to up their game or close altogether. I called Butte Taxi to pick me up from a doctors appointment today. This guy drove like a manic going all over the road. He was actually on the phone the whole time scheduling pick ups for himself and other drivers while writing things down.He was so busy he passed my street and charged me more because of it! It's his responsibility to get me to my destination. I've had good drivers like this but never a manic driver like him! And I was so stupid to even tip the guy! read more

I'm posting this review on an experience I witnessed at Walgreens in Oroville Yesterday. There was an elderly lady sitting at the entrance for over 3 hours. I had gone in twice and on the last visit I was going to take her home myself. She told me a cab was coming and they were doing a shift change. It takes them 3 hours to do a shift change! She was so nice and the employees verified how long she had been there waiting as well. The cab pulled up and the lady inside could see she was elderly and did nothing to help her load her walker. This service was unacceptable and disrespectful! If your company can't provide service in a timely manner then notify the customer so they can find another alternative like Lyft or Uber for their needs! I have read the reviews and called this morning to see how I was treated on the phone to give a fair response. They were rude on the phone as well!! I or any of my family and friends will not be using this service ever!! Please do not let your elderly parents rely on this service and get them an account with Uber or Lyft. I don't care which one but do not let them sit for 3 plus hours in the cold!! read more

The main woman (she's usually the one answering the phone) is amazing and very nice. We enjoy the car ride every time. Also the guy named Chris, we rode with him for the first time last night and he's HILARIOUS! Definitely made the ride interesting. Although my cab driver was a genuine sweetheart I was still extremely upset. Not at her mind you not at her at all. I've had her drive me home before and I couldn't have asked for a more apologetic kind person as she is. The reason I asked for her is because she has a device that let's me use my ATM card to pay. Sorry that's getting away from my point here. I called butte taxi at 935 pm after my movie let out. We'll 10: 09 rolls around . No fucking cab. Yes I'm very very upset so I call and I was lied to.. he said as soon as she gets free from her last fair he will "shoot" her on over to me. A flat out lie. She finally got there n I was told and I quote" I didn't get the call until 10:20 pm. She was getting coffee n had to through it away to take off to get to me..I'm fucking livid to the asshole who works dispatch for you guys.. for one don't fucking lie to me n tell me she's busy when you have not even td her yet about me at the movies still waiting for a pick up.. I am very very pissed off that there was a fucking lie born of this n the fact I waited over one hour and dam near 15 minutes on a 30 minute cab ride.. when they say 15-20 min its more like 1hr and the price of a cab to travel from A-Z is high. some of the drivers get mad if they have to wait for someone to come out i feel if the customer is paying for wait time why are the drivers getting mad. They are notorious for telling customers 10-15 minutes and making them wait over an hour.....sometimes up to two. Then they charge full price. I have been overcharged by a few of the drivers...looking like they needed a fix. They don't have a lot of competition.... so they are likely to treat their customers in accordance of. I would give 0 stars if I could. The driver cut my friend and her baby off in traffic and when my friend called the dispatcher and explained what happened he had the audacity to say "there's a such thing as breaks instead of gas and your horn" which means the driver had already called dispatch to LIE and cover his ass. He then tried arguing with her telling her she was going more than 35 as if he would know. Very unprofessional and rude. I called for a taxi to meet me at Enterprise and I was told about 10 minutes. I said that would be fine. But the time I got to Enterprise she was waiting. I told her I had to do paperwork and would br right out. The lady driver was so nice and friendly and I would recommend her and company to everyone. Great job read more

When Butte taxi first became a taxi company they were great the owner was very involved and now it sucks they started out with $5 to start with and then $2 a mile after now it's $9 for less than a mile and the guy driving the taxis kind of rude read more

Waited 2 hrs on the porch at my buddies house and called several times last night and all they could say is "we are on a shift change" and somehow I got a Lyft thankful because they never even showed up after 2 hours. I called this cab service less then a week ago.before the cab got to my home I realized I couldn't do what I was needing to. Just as I had dialed the number the cab was already there. I let them know but the guy sped off before I could get it out of my mouth. Today I was at Food Max I called then they were claiming last time I called I wasn't home when they arrived. Fact is they lie. Then just to co get smokes at the casino and home they rated me over 20 bucks and more depending how long they would sit at 50 cents a minute.
