She actually listened and was not only very honest but upfront and able to provide last-minute delivery for the funeral. Letty was also sure to ask me a contact number because she didn't want to just drop the flowers outside in the extreme heat. She wanted to make sure the family was delivered flowers that were ordered, in a condition that would make us all happy. So kudos to this place!
