It's accurate! Letty (I hope I'm spelling that correctly!) was very professional, helpful, patient, and understanding of the definition of Customer Service. She actually listened and was not only very honest but upfront and able to provide last-minute delivery for the funeral. Letty was also sure to ask me a contact number because she didn't want to just drop the flowers outside in the extreme heat. She wanted to make sure the family was delivered flowers that were ordered, in a condition that would make us all happy. So kudos to this place! I stopped in at Buttercup for some last minute flowers for a birthday. They didn't have anything made up at the time, however the wonderful ladies offered to create an arrangement for me and whipped one out in no time. The store is currently displaced from their normal location due to a fire in the building that houses Buttercup. They are temporarily at 132 S "N" Street across from Zumwalt Park. I am extremely pleased with the service that I received and I will certainly return the next time I am in need of a floral arrangement.
