It's a nifty spot with all kinds of cool trinkets, glassware, and chotskies. Some cool stuff here. A mix of estate merchandise and items of all kinds, including musical motion clocks, flickering light canvas pictures, antique looking colored glassware, statues, jewelry boxes shaped like animals, religious items, small furniture pieces, ornate picture frames, stuffed animals, and many other fanciful artifacts. Definitely worth checking out if looking to buy a present for mom or grandma. Pleasant service and reasonable prices too.

Prices are what you'd expect from a tourist location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to get food and beverages. Definitely worth the trip, but I understand it's absolutely packed on weekends. I have some mobility issues, but there are plenty of places to sit. I think most of the grounds are accessible for a wheelchair or baby carriage, but the ground is a bit uneven in places so you need to be careful. One thing to note is that most shops are not really wheelchair accessible, nor can they accommodate a stroller, although some have ramps. The shops are quite full of merchandise, so it would be hard to move around with a wheelchair or stroller.

This location also has a bed-and-breakfast which I thought was neat. There was also plenty of parking. I made two purchases, one was from LEH Soap and I got a room spray. Then I went into this candy shop called Sweet things and got some delicious chocolate covered pretzels as well as chocolate covered rice crispy treats. If you like to spend some of your day in a cute little shopping area I definitely suggest checking out Smithville.

Plenty of those kitschy kinds of signs and posts to stick in the ground that the older relatives, grandparents, and in-laws who own homes out in the scary suburbs love. It's a unique craft store specializing in wood indoor and outdoor decor. Plenty of colorful, and humorous items. Some customized ceramics too. Cool holiday decorations especially for Halloween and Christmas. Every time we drop by the village of Smithville we make sure to check out what they have in stock.
