The most surprising response came from Guthrie Support, which stated that they "do not have contact information for the Director of Orthopedics" Ben Robinson and instructed me to call the appointments line and request to be transferred to the Orthopedics Department. In 2026, when appointments, billing, test results, and patient communication are handled electronically, it is difficult to understand why there is no direct written email or contact and why patients are repeatedly told to call a general phone number instead. More than a month later, the only update we received was that the Coding Department had requested a corrected insurance claim. The issue was still not resolved, and we continued receiving generic responses directing us to call instead of providing a direct written communication channel. Below is there copied response : Thank you for your inquiry. We have reviewed your account. Unfortunately, we do not have contact information for the Director of Orthopedics. Had success with medical problems that come up occasionally at this company. But preventive measures have never been prescribed. No physical examinations in all this time, no follow up on visits. Their online customer website is a joke. I stumbled on a message in there that reported a very high A-1 C test that had been prescribed. No further contact about the serious matter. I guess I need a senior doctor. Beyond the individual Dr. Services, I've concluded that this company has a collection of doctors with nobody in particular in charge. The ratings give negative marks for customer service and clearly nobody over there is paying attention. I don't know what to make of this company but I'm about done.

I was really nervous for this change, but the new doctors and staff made me feel so secure about the transition and are always so helpful when I have questions. I've never left the office with more questions than answers. While I will miss Dr. Lapsker, (she was my husbands pediatrician when he was a child) I know that there is a whole team that truly cares for every single child. I also love how small the practice is, and I feel like my children get the attention they deserve. There are sick and well child waiting rooms, as well as specific times of day that certain ages get scheduled, ie: newborns only in the morning to keep the amount of exposure to their new immune systems low. The small steps they take to ensure the safety, care and happiness of each and every patient and parent is above and beyond. And any parent knows that is SO important when looking for a good doctor.
