I'm a travel nurse and had a storage here for 6 months. All payments came out of my account…read morefaithfully on the 1st. Upon moving my property out of the unit, signing the vacate notice, leaving the unit empty and clean the regional manager "Sam" charged my account for the storage fee the following month after I vacated. I called them to make them aware of the error. They were pleasant at 1st and reimbursed my money that morning, however that afternoon they again charged my account for the storage rent. I spoke to them on the phone through out the week as well as went to the business to try to resolve the issue. The manager " Sam" became very rude and nasty. He said " I reimbursed your money, why would I need your money I have a 35 million dollar business." I showed him my bank statement where he double charged my account in 1 day. He became extremely obnoxious and said " Lady I told you I make millions of dollars a year, I don't need your money, I'm not reimbursing you" he refused to place the money back into my account. I'm paying for empty unit 7113. I'm sure he's robbed other's to make his millions. Pathetic!

This was my first time ever needing a storage unit. Ashleigh was extremely friendly and more than willing to educate me on how everything worked. She personally drove me to my unit in a golf cart since I was worried about getting lost. When I realized I was going to need a bigger unit she happily helped me get a different unit that same day. All around a very relaxed and welcoming experience. The price is the best around too.

The whole place just feels safe and secure. The facility is clean and well kept, management is very friendly and helpful, and the place has all the amenities for boats, campers, & rv's. Whether it's the oversized wash bay (that even has a movable staircase for tall vehicles!), the propane refill station, the holding tank dump station, or the extra wide driveways which make maneuvering large vehicles and/or trailers into the units incredibly easy, available electric service in units, the 24 hour gated secure access, video surveillance, online bill pay, etc. The place just seems like it was created with their customers in mind, and they've definitely done a great job! If you've got an RV, Camper, or Boat, this IS the place you want to keep it!! Highly recommended.

Can't add a lot to Chris M.'s review except to second it - I absolutely agree. I've stored…read moremotorhomes in many different facilities over the last 15 years (with serious problems at some of them), but this place just works beautifully - the best I've seen. Just returned from a trip, opened the front gate with a remote, pulled into the convenient dump station to empty tanks and refill on fresh water, backed over to the propane station and topped off, then put the rig away without having to rewinterize in the enclosed storage space with power hook-up. The Livingston's are very professional, hands-on owner-managers that are great to work with. Many RV owners will be "on-the-fence" regarding the higher cost of this facility compared to the "lots", but for me so-far it's been well worth it.
