    Hans and Jake were outstanding. Prompt and very professional. The best movers I've ever had, and I've moved a ton!! Would recommend 10/10.

She personally drove me to my unit in a golf cart since I was worried about getting lost. When I realized I was going to need a bigger unit she happily helped me get a different unit that same day. Upon moving my property out of the unit, signing the vacate notice, leaving the unit empty and clean the regional manager "Sam" charged my account for the storage fee the following month after I vacated. I called them to make them aware of the error. They were pleasant at 1st and reimbursed my money that morning, however that afternoon they again charged my account for the storage rent. I spoke to them on the phone through out the week as well as went to the business to try to resolve the issue. The manager " Sam" became very rude and nasty. He said " I reimbursed your money, why would I need your money I have a 35 million dollar business." I showed him my bank statement where he double charged my account in 1 day. He became extremely obnoxious and said " Lady I told you I make millions of dollars a year, I don't need your money, I'm not reimbursing you" he refused to place the money back into my account. I'm paying for empty unit 7113. I'm sure he's robbed other's to make his millions. Pathetic!

    Do NOT put your belongings into one of their units at this location!!! I have a 10X20 unit there on…read morethe 3rd floor that has been robbed of more than half of my belongings. They left my furniture broken and empty boxes strewn about. I had a full unit, to the top, and to the front door. I have before photos and I have photos of what it looks like as of 8/12/24. I also have been in contact with another lady whose unit was robbed back in February. She also has a police report. I will be obtaining a police report when I get in there and document everything. I am anal retentive and very educated. My boyfriend is a well known artist who is known in large circles. I will be sending this viral. According to Terry, the guy behind the counter, "social media doesn't matter." I DO have our initial encounter recorded. KY is a one-party state. I may not have the IQ of 168 that my boyfriend possesses, but I am educated and I am far from an idiot. Our great friend is one of Cincinnati's top attorneys and I am suing this company. I will be there with the news. I will make fliers and pass them out here in Newport. We pay $$ each month for our belongings to be stolen. In a secured lot, with a gate that requires code access, in a secure building, on a third floor. And for what?! For the person working there to be rude, nasty tempered and for him to basically state that they do not care. This was NO small theft! It would have require at least two people, a small or medium box truck, and at minimum and hr and a half. It was coordinated, thought out and not random. I major in forensic psychology. I understand people. I also grew up on the streets of NKY so I know and understand criminal mentality. Your stuff is being targeted IF it is here! This will be going viral through a TikToker. This is NOT okay! Is THIS what Store Space allows and is THIS the type of person they have watching over the public's belongings?! Is this what Rob Consalvo stands by? I will not shut up and this will not go away. I want someone held accountable. Rumor has it, and it is a rumor, that the very employees are behind this. Items removed could NOT have been taken out through the top. That was his excuse for the other ladies stolen items back in Feb. he claimed he had to climb up there to sweep up cut glass. Ha! This man is not bright IF he and the woman without the teeth are the one's behind the thefts occurring here. Is Store Space okay with this behavior and the attitudes of this customer service clerk?! You guys suck!!!!! They replied that someone would contact me in 2 days. We're on day 4 now. Guess next step is contacting the Kentucky Attorney Generals office. Still terrible customer service. They still suck!!!!!

    I'm only giving one star because 0 wasn't an option. My husband has been renting a space from Ken…read morefor over 4 years now since moving to Hebron for his enclosed trailer. There are periods of time he doesn't take his trailer back due to his fire schedule, but still pays his bill every month as it's automatically withdrawn. Last October he went to return his trailer and his spot was taken. He called Ken and he told him he assumed he didn't need the spot anymore because he didn't see his trailer for a bit so he gave it away (mind you he was still being charged and was now charging a new customer). He offered him a new spot which was more challenging for him to get into but he accepted it. Fast forward to today and my husband has once again gone to return his trailer with his new spot being taken. My husband calls numerous times before reaching Ken. Once reaching him Ken tells him "you're screwed". He then tells my husband to give him some time to figure it out and to call him back in 10 minutes. 2 hours and numerous phone calls later, we finally reached him again. Ken denies giving either of his spots away even after admitting to us last year that he did. My husband questioned if he was also charging this customer and he said he couldn't do that, he gives it away for free because he's a nice guy. Earlier in this conversation he told my husband he hadn't given the spot away but is now saying he gave it away for free. When we requested to cancel the monthly charge, Ken told us no. We made several more requests and were repeatedly told no. Ken accused my husband of yelling at him, which was not the case. He was very agitated, rightfully so after this extremely frustrating interaction. I would highly recommend staying far away from this company to avoid you a headache!

Ripped me off over 500 for a unit i still cannot access…read more There's nobody to talk to and i will be making sure to be a problem till someone reaches out and refunds me. You make it impossible to protect yourself from being robbed if you use this deceptive, poor excuse for a business. It's deceptive acts like the ones this company is KNOWN for that we are supposed to be protected from. I'm guessing most your unhappy customers went with jumping on one of your many class actions over complaining to FTC,BBB, etc. You mislead about the units themselves, waiting to send the info in a link via email AFTER payment is stupid. You should provide the info right when payment is made and for the amount of money you take from people like me.. single mothers who just need to pay for a service and not deal with hassle.. you should be able to at least outsource for customer service.. So how do you get away with charging for something you don't provide? I'm asking on here because leaving reviews is the only way i even get that generic email with the phone number that only lists 2 options before letting you know you're not getting help. So does this mean the units are unsafe if nobody can even be reached? Is like a neon sign over your things letting anyone needing to steal where to go *(just as long as you go whenever you want and take everything you need before they hire someone to tell you to leave an fffiinng review every few days
