They immediately helped us diagnose our truck's problem and, when it became apparent we needed a new starter, squeezed us in for work the same day! At that point we figured that our original plan for the day was shot, but they managed to hook us up with a U-Haul truck so we could pick up the furniture as planned (and they gave us a deal)! By the time we made it back to drop off the moving truck, our truck was all fixed and ready to go! So ... what could have been a really frustrating, unproductive day was super easy and efficient all thanks to D & M Service Centre Ltd. in North Kentville!

Terrible service and not a family friendly environment. I…read morewas in a rush so scheduled an 8AM appointment. I arrived at 8:02AM and they didn't even move my vehicle into the bay until 8:45. I finally left just before 9:30! A simple wheel rotation should not take this long. If you have kids I would not recommend bringing them to the waiting area. The staff may not be aware that their profanity laced yelling in the bays can easily be heard in the waiting room. I'd rate this shop a zero. They don't deserve the one star I selected.
