This time she COULD NOT find our paperwork. We saw her scramble in the back and ask other co-workers. Once she returned she said we were 3rd in line. When we were finally seen-- we were the 4th in line to be called and two people who checked in after us for their 1:15pm and 1:30pm appointments were called BEFORE us. WE WAITED A TOTAL OF 3 HOURS WITH AN APPOINTMENT. We were really upset by this point. Reception had a lack of organization and abysmal management of customer walk-in and appointments. I strongly recommend that this is something that needs to be reviewed and improved upon. Other than that I would recommend their services- that's if you can get past reception.

The only reason why she's three stars is a) after doing taxes for our company for decades she gets the officers of the corporation wrong; and, b) her receptionist is better suited to something less mentally-challenging, like falling off a log, or staring vapidly into space. She also seems to have a high turnover as far as her front desk people are concerned. I'm sure it has nothing to do with my caustic comments.

Given the fact that I was looking for some pretty complicated S-Corp tax and transition issues (which I expected to pay for), the only reason I could have been rejected was (i) I didn't list enough income, or (ii) the computer automatically rejected it as too complex (?) Hmmmh, not feeling warm and fuzzy about the whole "relationship" vibe they promote. UPDATE: Wow, super fast response to initial review (1/2 hr, maybe). Wish I could do 3.5, or better yet, 4 (if they had actually reached out instead of offering to help via Yelp). Sorry, need to agree to disagree. There weren't that many online questions, and one would hope the purpose was to match you with the right person. But 2 of the few questions were how much my company and I personally made per year. If the firm interests you, I would recommend you call them - not use the online gatekeeper. Other reviewers are certainly positive about their interpersonal skills.
