I said wait a second that means you're not standing behind your product. The manager tried to tell me that it was covered under the first battery's warranty, and because I did not pay full price, it will not be covered under a new warranty. I expressed my displeasure... And I told them that's not right. I will buy aftermarket parts from now on that are warranty, and I will never go to this location again. I urge you not to go either... My favorite part of the story is that it seemed I was bothering them during our lunch... That only have you lost a customer for life I will tell everyone I know never to go to you guys.
