I was also surprised that they were willing to take my car to get the IL emissions test completed, saving me an errand! Great friendly staff, they seem trustworthy, and I recommend this spot if you need MB service.

No hard sales ever. I had lots of questions about the car before I bought, and he always said not to worry. We will find the answer and address all issues. And he did! When it came to addressing my issues, the service manager - whose name I forget apologies! - who was Albert's boss was very cordial. Again no hard sales. He listened to my requests and didn't hesitate to agree to them. Shook hands and said he would address them all. We would get it all in writing not to worry. (Previous car purchase at another dealership I felt I was fighting with them. And turned out I got a bad tire that wouldn't hold air and the car wasn't even washed. I guess the bar was pretty low honestly at this point.) Something else I didn't have to fight with them over was my trade-in. I was getting a great $ from Carvana for my used car. I had also asked gemini what I would need to get on trade-in to make it the same so I had that number in my back pocket. When they sized up my trade-in they gave me exactly that number that I needed. (Again previous dealership I had to fight them for the right $.) So again no fighting they were great. Final hurdle was financing. I got a great APR % that I was sure they wouldn't be able to match from penfed. Albert said, you know let's run it and see what we can do. And you know what, they BEAT that APR %! What place gives you a BETTER rate than you were getting elsewhere! I was prepared to go with penfed even if they just matched but that was taken out of my hands. Thanks to France the finance person there. They cleaned up my car so well, inside and out. Won't hesitate to return should I need another car in the future.

This morning I turned my car on and it said, "Maintance is required." WTF?!!' Searched my service receipts. These incompetent beings didn't do an oil change! Three of the employees then made disparaging remarks about me. Not knowing I was sitting right there. Once the car came up, I stopped at the desk, told them who I was, got in my car and left. I find it unconscionable that employees would disparage a potential client while sitting in public. Please find another dealership to work with. You would think being under new ownership their employees would go above and beyond to serve buyers. Obviously that's not the case at Berman dealerships.

A staff member took my credit card that was left in my glove compartment and used it for unauthorized charges. This is theft, and the lack of security and integrity at this dealership is beyond disappointing. When I found out my card has been stolen, I picked up the car, and didn't say anything as I wanted to hope for the best. Unfortunately the card was missing so I reported it as stolen and reissued the card. This is a case of a bad apple. I assume that this shouldn't reflect every single worker at this Kia dealership, but it is certainly disappointing. Update: I spoke to the manager of the shop and addressed the situation. He was very helpful and informed me that they changed ownership, and from the time my car has been serviced to now, the staff for the service team is all new (except for one technician). This is a good thing and I will continue to take my car there. But my rating stays at 1 star for now.

It's a pretty simple concept, and it might prevent customers from wasting nearly four hours round-trip driving to a dealership that apparently isn't interested in selling vehicles during the hours it claims to be open.
