After being offered a great price on a Honda CRV (by the Pre-Owned Manager Johnny Dakic) that we were sold on and intended to purchase, the car (after sitting on the lot for 2+ weeks ) IRONICALLY was sold the day we showed up to finally complete the paperwork. Granted, we had not put a down payment or a deposit down, so to be fair we had not officially "saved" it and 2 weeks had passed since we were last at the dealership. However, I had personally spoke to Basil Mirou, Sales Manager quite a few times in those 2 weeks asking about the car (that was still on the lot) and the logistics surrounding our situation in those 2 weeks. I left several messages for Johnny as well letting them know we are coming to buy the car and to call me back.. no call back to date) Even AFTER they "sold" the car, he claimed more would arrive and tried to sell us a different color, claiming now it was more $$ because it was "premier" color and highly sought after. If I didn't call back to ask if any new cars came in, I would have never received a call back. I even flat out asked Basil on his PERSONAL cell phone if he even wants my business! Because I can easily go elsewhere! TO DATE.. Basil was to call me back with new inventory he was checking on (a week ago) and have yet to receive a call back! Do NOT entertain this dealership at all! Not worth the time or frustration... Instead went to Valley Honda in Aurora and had the best experience!

I would recommend him. The owner Adam Jidd stepped in to help make the financing process smoother The vehicle I purchased is in excellent condition with lower miles. I am well pleased with that aspect. CONS: No-haggle price. The price is the price. Be prepared for added fees when meeting with the finance manager $599 fee for theft/gps protection $999 fee for auto appearance protection Note: these add on's are mandatory. $300 documentation fee which is extremely high in the auto industry. In the past I paid anywhere from 80 to 150 at other dealers. Price match guarantee they have listed on their website is totally ineffective. Unless you have an identical car with exact miles, exact features and color at another dealership to match. That will never happen. Might as well throw this guarantee out the window. Typical pressure applied for extended warranty and add-ons in the finance office They do let you return your car within 30 days... However you will incur a 10% restocking fee along with a $1 a mile charge. And all that can add up to big bucks. So make sure you test drive and inspect the vehicle before buying CONCLUSION: Jidd sells quality used luxury automobiles and offers a good selection. Don't expect negotiations with pricing. Financing rates on used cars can be high depending on your credit. Very clean and updated facility. Expect a minimum of around 2,000 on top of vehicle price and sales tax when closing the deal in the finance office. Adam Jidd was to the point and professional.
