After looking all over online and visiting multiple stores to try and find cabinets, I'm very happy that we went with Buy & Build. We are building an island and the quotes I was getting online and through Home Depot and Lowes was $7,000 or more. Our contractor recommended Buy & Build so I went down to check it out. The place isn't much to look at, but don't judge a book by its cover. I walked in and was immediately greeted by someone and asked if I needed help. I showed him my drawing and he walked me through what their options were, drew it out, and priced it out. The total cost for everything I wanted (equal to the other places I looked), came in at under $3,000. He didn't try to upsell me on anything, I walked out immediately after, thought about it and went back the next week and put the order in. I was told cabinets would take 4 weeks to come in and they were in within 2-2.5 weeks. Our contractor picked them up and put them together and I'm very happy with the quality and the color. So from my experience, they have a certain product and it is a good quality product. If you want something super specific and higher end, this probably isn't the place for you. I'm considering using them for our countertop as well because why not!? read more

I got kitchen remodeled, I finally got quartz countertops and after looking at many places this place is the most reasonable and the fastest place to get my kitchen done. Josh is the best. He is very professional, gets you in and out and answers all the questions, the best customer service, and the guys who installed my countertops were very professional and did an amazing job as well. I love, Love, LOVE Buy and Build! I haven't actually shopped the showroom but I hear it's nice. My diamond in the rough is the outlet. If you are a home DIYer, this is the place for you. I bought backsplash for my bathroom for only $45. It was the cut tile pieces and pieces of silver tile in 12" x 2" strips. The $45 was for 10 boxes of tile. Yes, because it is an outlet, it is hit and miss to find what you want, but that also means inventory rotates every week!! I also bought a glass vessel sink for $49!!! I also bought a stainless steel growler for $5 too! Not only do they have home improvement items but also home decor items too!! The employees are always so nice and helpful! Everyone from the guys that helped in the warehouse to the front staff all great and knowledgeable. I had a contractor issue with the install (not a cabinet issue) and Josh was able to offer suggestions on how to fix the issue with great results. I priced big box stores (HD, Lowes, IKEA), online RTA stores, and regular cabinet stores in Denver and these guys were by far the cheapest. I had 90% of the cabinets put together for ~$20 per cabinet. This saved a ton of time. Putting them together and modifying them was easy. Yes, the cabinets aren't superior cabinets and aren't totally square. But once I installed them, trim pieces covered any gaps. I think the prices make the cabinets worth it. The store isn't fancy and you have to know what you need/want to buy. Go in with your kitchen design, using a free online design website and save tons of money. I would totally buy from Buy and Build again. read more

Increíble frustrated with their lack of customer server skills. They are so used to worked with contractors (probably) that dealing with regular customers is completely out of their skill set. If you are a homeowner looking to save money this place offers very competitive prices, however, I think price is not everything in the end. I would have been willing to pay a little more to be treated with respect. They are so curt on the phone, completely dismissive and it doesn't matter that you try to be nice to them. The ONLY one that has been somehow nice to me has been Josh and it wasn't like that at first. I'm use to deal with professional people, being a professional myself. They will absolutely not follow up on your orders unless you call them. If you want to be in their "schedule" you have to work for it. If I had known I would be treated like this I would absolutely and without doubt do business with another company. read more

I love this place. It is not your typical posh design place. It's an old warehouse. No computers and seems kind of chaotic and unorganized. Who cares? The prices are great. We got our kitchen and bathroom cabinets here. They aren't the best, but far from the worst. Big box stores quoted us $12k for cabinets ONLY. Buy and build came out to $3k. 3 years later and no issues. The cabinets are not put together (I think you can pay a little extra for that) so if you are handy, this is your place. The service was helpful and efficient. Their cabinet prices are great, and their selection is decent. If you want a high-end custom kitchen, you should probably look elsewhere. Their selection is small, but it works. I'm paying big-box-store prices for something much nicer. I wanted gray cabinets in one bathroom, so I got a couple quotes around town. For a comparable quality, they were three times what I'm paying at Buy and Build. The guy did say they'll be offering gray cabinets in about 6 months (mid-2017). Unfortunately, that's to late for me. The bad: the location. This place is easy to miss. They have a dirt driveway and spray painted plywood sign at the street. After driving down their bumpy dirt alley/driveway and entering the metal back door with no sign, I thought I might die here. They could probably charge more if they invested in the entrance, so I'm ok with it. read more

Love this shop! We have done multiple projects through them. Four bathrooms, three kitchens, and counting, and Buy & Build has been our go to for cabinets and counters. You can't beat their prices, really, I've searched high and low. Even my daughter will drive all the way from WY just to get cabinets from these guys. When I've emailed them, they answered right away, and when I call, they are so helpful. The outlet store in the basement is great too, you never know the treasures you'll find there. read more

The price is amazing better than the big box stores, mostly because the quality is missing, we bought a granite counter top and 2 sinks for it . The finish of the granite was the worse I have ever seen but you get what you pay for. Shop around a bit and if you can live with poor quality go for it. Wish I had shopped around a bit more. The worst cabinets I have purchased in over 12 years of remodeling! Ever cabinet out of the boxes were to warped too put together. It wouldn't have been that bad if they would have been willing to exchange them with out the worst customer service attitude from a company as I have ever seen. I finally got the parts replaced but they gave us the wrong replacement parts and then proceeded to yell at me and call me stupid for not being able to make the wrong parts work. They are cheaper then other cabinets but the horrible quality and customer service make the savings worthless. read more

They have a great product for the price, costumer service was good at point of sale. But if you have an issue they won't resolve it properly. I've made now 4 trips out there (8 hrs of my personal time) and problem still not resolved. When I asked to be compensated with a $75 faucet. The Guy said we're not in business to give stuff away. Terrible company. We ordered our cabinets five months ago and they continue to tell us that they haven't came in. We have two cabinets and two shelves that they continue to tell us are on back order. Screwy place. I arrived about 20 minutes to closing, but I knew exactly what I wanted, and I shop super fast. The guy who greeted me didn't even smile and was not helpful at all! He barely waited on me and kept texting on his cell phone. It seemed like I was an intrusion and all he wanted to do was to get out of there. Another salesperson was very helpful. He went right away to get the closest things to what I needed. I bought two tub sets, all the towels racks, and two sink faucets. He worked very quickly. I was done and out of there by 5pm (closing time.) It took us 15 minutes! Unfortunately, there was an integral part that usually comes with faucets that I needed - the sink popup drain. This faucet didn't have it, and I didn't realize that. He made made no mention of the fact. When I called them later, the store doesn't have it and can't order it, so I've been working to find the part elsewhere. It won't match. I need to get this remodeling job done. The selection was limited. Lots of faucets and bath accessories were out of stock. I settled on the one style they had. Other than the one fellow who helped me, no one else seemed to know the prices on tile and other items. I asked them while I was being checked out. The prices? Well, nothing was really much of a savings. And as I said before, stock/styles were very, very limited. Would I go back? No. Absolutely not. read more

I've gotten to know some of the employees and the owner, and yes, they are all very busy and sometimes obviously overwhelmed with the work load, but we also need to be in their shoes and know they are doing their best helping everybody, from a piece of scribe to a thousands of dollars kitchen, from the homeowner to the savvy builder, ... give them a break, be patient, bring your measurements, and know you are getting a great value for these good looking cabinets! read more

I bought a set of kitchen cabinets, a kitchen sink, a kitchen faucet, and 2 bathroom faucets from Buy and Build and was totally delighted by the staff and the customer service I received through the whole process. They were very helpful and courteous in helping me put my order together. The product was in stock so I was able to take delivery immediately and finish my home improvement project in a timely manner not to mention the significant savings I realized in purchasing these items from Buy and Build. I saved close to 50% over the prices I was quoted at other stores and even more on the faucets. I am planning on doing another project in the future and will certainly be shopping at Buy and Build. I bought two brushed nickel bathroom faucets for $95 each. The sales reps at told me they had bought them at an auction the day before. Now I see why. They are no namem made in China junk. Each was missing parts so my general contractor could not install them. It was a complete waste of time and money to go to Buy and Build. I had to buy some new Delta faucets that were actually cheaper at Lowes than the junk Build and Buy sold me. Horrible experience. read more

I hate hate writing bad reviews for the following reasons people are human and we all have a bad day! However I bought my cabinets in May 2015 started off buying one type of cabinet ended up with something completely different its august and i still don't have a kitchen yes from May 2015-August 2015 i still don't have everything i ordered! My mother is going through chemo she needs home cooked meals and even though i stated this we put off her treatments as long as we could but i could not put it off anymore today yet again they did not order half of our order (completely paid for) and now we have to wait another 2 weeks! The drawings that were drawn up twice were incorrect each time we go pick up our order is incomplete! Roberto is very rude and incompetent and if you think the prices are great think again the fact that we wont have our kitchen til september 2015 (we hope) should make you run for the hills! This is the worst company we have ever worked with and i just hope this post helps other people avoid the strife stress and health problems this company has cost us!
