Big smile came on Adams face and said one came in with low mileage and I loved the car but needed payments lower and with clients and Adams "digging in"they satisfied my needs. I was super pleased. Absolutely garbage! Bought a truck from over 600 miles away. Truck has bent drive shaft, an absolute mess of a pieced together exhaust that keeps turning on the engine light on, damage everywhere, problem with the steering shaft, inside of the bed is crushed, missing hitch and spare tire, truck was clearly broken into since one window is missing window tint and the column was even put back together right, faulty left tail light setting message in dash, missing tire sensors, service suspension light on, sway bar bolt broke off. I could go on and on just stay away from this place they clearly don't check anything and sell complete garbage and tell you it's a great deal because they have a lower price on it. DO NOT GO HERE! After reading other reviews I see that we were not the only people completely taken advantage of by Robert. We weren't more than five miles away from the lot when we started hearing noises and experiencing issues with the truck we had just purchased. We haven't made the first payment yet and it already needs THOUSANDS in repairs. No wonder they were so nice and easy to work with, because they know they are scamming you the whole time! This place must be black listed on KNOX. I would give them a zero star if that was an option. Horrible customer service and very rude. I wanted to pay cash for a vehicle they had and told them I could not come in till Friday, and they demanded to know why. I informed them that it was personal, and they told me to call back when I felt like I wanted to do business. I even offered to wire them the money in full for the car and they told me that they don't do that. Really, who does not accept full payment and the car just sits there for a few days. I mean you got your money. But after reading the reviews how their cars are, I am glad that the sales person was a jerk. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. And before it left the lot it had a code reader hooked up, nothing insane. But they scammed me that's for sure. Don't buy from this place. runnnnnnn. this is truly Matilda's daddy's car lot. the staff started off overly nice and reassuring. I drove my car for 31 days before it started giving me major problems. i contacted the car lot and they kept saying Chris was in meetings. i finally got an email from Chris and he told me that they weren't reliable for anything and there was no warranty. I've had my car for four months and it's been in the shop for three months with over 10 grand worth of repairs needed. Bought a 2016 Lincoln Navigator 8 days ago. Found out yesterday that there's more bad than good with it. Robert sold me that almost $17,000 Navigator and on the way home the check engine light came on! His excuse was I used unleaded gas. That's hilarious!! It's actually the Cadillac converter!!! Then the gas pedal started vibrating when I would get up to road speed! Had a trusted, experienced mechanic look at the car and was told the transmission, transfer case, and the turbo were all bad!! Ohh not to mention the coolant leak and the oil leak! So here I am it's been 7 days owning this an I find all of this out. Roberts response is that I test drove it and so did my dad, and sorry nothing we can do about it! Also Robert said maybe I tore it up. Not sure what person can do that much damage in 7 days?? No one!! Robert will try to befriend you and talk up how he's such a straight shooter and he has a daughter and grandkids but he will screw you in a heartbeat to make a dollar. He doesn't care at all. He said he'd see what he could do, called him today and got nothing. Apparently my "attitude" was bad on the phone call. Well who wouldn't be upset!?!? I told him I'll be having a lawyer reach out if he can't do the right thing. His response, " if you have enough money for a lawyer then you have enough money to fix the car!" PLEASE READ! If I could put up a red flag instead of one star, I would. I am not one to leave reviews but feel compelled to make sure any future customers of Buy Rite Auto Center are informed of their misleading practices. There is a reason they have their Facebook reviews turned off. Those that they cannot control (Google, Yelp,) paint an ugly picture. Their BBB rating is F for a reason. There are at least 15 online reviews of a vehicle going down or tripping codes with major issues soon after buying from this business. There is a track record that you should not ignore. If this is where you choose to stop reading, please do your research on this business and don't fall victim like my family and many others. I'm sure they sell some good vehicles, but I would not want to guess which ones. My wife and I purchased a 2020 Highlander with a clean bill of health and no reason to believe it had the major engine problems it does. After purchase, 20 miles from the dealership, the check engine light came on. We contacted RJ, and he said they knew nothing of it. We live over an hour away, so we took it to our local dealership for service. There, we find out that a new motor has been recommended twice before, due to sludge. This was Toyota information that would not have been available to Buy Rite. However, the Toyota diagnostics tell us the codes were reset in their possession. It is not illegal to reset codes, but it is illegal to reset, mislead, and misrepresent when selling a vehicle. We were directed to Robert, the sales manager, to help "make us whole." We discussed and negotiated for 3+ weeks only to receive a less than desirable offer from them. The offer would not start to replace the engine even at a used price. Robert said this was their offer, and if I did not accept, he wished us the best. That was where the situation was left. I write this review to hopefully help people make informed decisions about any vehicle from this business. read more

Purchased a vehicle, was told if had any issues I could bring it back and get repaired by slick talking, fast taking Robert the sales manager, the guy who talks about treating people right and doing right by others, but apparently does NOT follow those guidelines. Called him a few days later about a repair the vehicle needed within the first 5 days and he stated they could not do anything about it or they don't repair those type of issues after previously telling me they would repair if any issues come up. Just want the public to beware that when you purchase a vehicle from this car lot to inspect the vehicle really good, cause when you drive off and have issues late, they will barely even answer the phone when you call back. almost $2000 in repair bills in the first month. I purchased a truck, drove it home and the next day when I left to go to an appointment the truck would not go into reverse. I decided to take it to a transmission shop where on the way there the truck went into limp mode. The transmission place said after the diagnostic test that the transmission would need to be replaced. I called the dealership and told them about it. Gave me a warranty info for ASC. I called them from the transmission shop and they flat out denied covering anything on the transmission. I let the dealer know and after numerous calls I went up there and the owner tells me there is nothing they can do because I drove it to the shop in limp mode. At first they were like, oh no lets try to find a solution but then he puts the blame on me! 75% of their business is from Ft knox military families. Buyers beware. read more

If any one is looking to get a new car do NOT go to buy rite auto center in radcliff. I purchased my car on February 10th and the same day I took it home I realized the heat wasn't working so I attempted to contact my sales person and let them know and never got an answer. The following Monday I was leaving my house for work and my brake light came on so I dropped the car off at my grandparents house and borrowed their vehicle to go to work. I got off work and came and got my vehicle and went to the car lot (the brake lights were still on the entire way to the lot) told them everything that was going on and the man at the car lot (Robert) told me he was going to test drive the car and see what's wrong with it he takes the car for about 2-3 minutes and comes back and tells me the brake lights never came on and when I asked him how they magically went off for him when they've been on for 12 hours non stop he told me that the reason they were probably on is because I didn't have enough gas in the vehicle. When I told him that is not how that works he then proceeded to ask me if I was a mechanic and told me I was young enough to be his granddaughter so he's speaking to me as a parental figure. He told me to take the vehicle up to Kia the only thing wrong with it is the heat so I did. The vehicle has been up at Kia ever since I'm going on my second payment on the car and haven't been able to drive it. It turns out the vehicle has a blown head gasket and Robert refuses to take the vehicle back or pay to have it fixed, he refuses to work with us at all no remorse shown for selling me and my 2 year old daughter a car that is not drivable nor safe. So if you are looking for a reliable vehicle buy rite auto center is not the place to go. read more
