However, the selection available for purchase felt pretty limited. Many of the coins in the display cases are actually not for sale, which made the selection feel even smaller. The store also felt a bit restrictive. Only one person was handling customers and showing items, so the process was slow and it made it difficult to ask questions or look at multiple pieces. I also asked about coin collecting supplies and was told I'd probably be better off buying them on Amazon, which honestly caught me by surprise since most coin shops usually carry at least some supplies. Overall, it's a neat shop to stop by and look around, but if you're hoping to buy coins or supplies, the selection may be limited.

I entered the store to pay it off and upon looking at my receipt, I noticed that I was charged $5.00 twice, one for a lost pawn ticket, which I had in my hand (!), and one for a special services fee for a certified letter sent to my home reminding me of my overdue loan. I did not ever receive such a letter nor was Marco able to provide a confirmation number for such sent letter. So, an extra $10.00 paid to HDZ that was undue to them, which is undoubtedly done to hundreds of customers each month (Rene offered me a list with over 100 names of all of the customers that were charged the $5.00 certified letter fee). Obviously, I immediately received my $5.00 lost pawn ticket as I submitted that to receive my item. The other fee was for a certified letter that I did not ever receive and most undoubtedly was not ever sent. By Mario doing these actions hundreds of times a month to unsuspecting patrons who don't speak up, he is pilfering from those customers who can lease to afford being ripped off.
