Up here in San Diego there are tons of tactical stores so I was very surprised to hear about their great customer service. So I got to BT and it was two businesses in one location. I couldn't believe how big the store was plus they have a shooting range. I came in there to pick up an extra magazine so I didn't spend much time in there. I didn't know where the magazines were so I asked and the customer service guy was very very friendly. He spoke to me about some hollow points ammo for home defense and he was very knowledgeable. Also he was dressed to impress which is crazy rare where I'm from. I just bought my magazine for my .40 cal but also thought about what the guy was telling me . When I come back to El Centro I will definitely shop here again without a doubt. I wish there were tactical stores like BT in San Diego and I my even shoot at their range next time.

We went on a Thursday around 9:00 am and it was already rocking. There is a small parking lot in front. We were lucky that someone was pulling out and got a perfect spot. There are booths all around the lot and a mixture of new and used goods. You will find tons of really cute clothes, housewares, tools, furniture and small & large appliances. We went into almost every booth. It was a fun, we got exercise and we were able to get a pair of work gloves (me), some CD-R's, and a cute work light for my husband (though I doubt he'd call it cute ;). It is magnetic, hangs and stands on all sides. We will definitely go back again. I do recommend going if you are in the area. It's a good time and we found some great items.

We proceeded to hang up the phone and then call the place directly to confirm their hours of operation, since the call was placed at 8am and the hours of operation mentioned 10am online. We had thought that maybe the agent called the wrong location. We called JCPower at 8am, and they confirmed they were open. We asked them again (directly this time) what the price of the calibration of the device would be, and the gentleman said it was $65. We drove one hour to this place since the shop from our town was closed for the Father's Day weekend. Once we arrived to JCPower, the gentleman came to the car, grabbed the device, calibrated it, and then placed it back in the car and proceeded to charge us. He said, " Ok, it'll be $75." Then we said, " wait, the worker from your shop said it was $65, and then Someone else also from your shop, told the agent that we used this morning that it was only $20." Then the worker said, " well, I don't know who told you that, but we've always done it for $75." We proceed to pay as we had to get this done. Then the worker asked, " how are you paying for this"? We then responded, " by card." He then said, " well next time, it has to be cash." We paid, and went on our way. BEWARE!.
