I mentioned that to one of the workers and he told me I was wrong, and that I could only buy another iPhone. I walked out that day upset and empty handed. A friend of mine works at another Verizon and told me that the worker lied to me and that it doesn't matter which phone I get. With that information, I went and paid that $220 and pre ordered the new Z Fold 7 online. Employees would retain a lot more customers if they were honest and didn't try to make their customers spend more money so they could profit more money off of us. I'm considering switching to Mint Mobile that's how infuriating this situation was.

So I did, and took it home to set it up. The phone itself was just what I wanted, with not all the bells and whistles but still lots of fine features. It was $140, so affordable. After using it for a few days, I could never connect with 5G, only 4G (and it was very slow). I called AT&T customer service (not the store) and asked why this was happening. He said "I'll check our tower in Yuma." When he came back, he had really bad news. "AT&T does NOT have 5G service in Yuma." Verizon does, and I switched to them. I was told AT&T was "working on it." Yeah, right. And I'm the Easter bunny. I'm done with AT&T permanently. And I got a refund from Walmart.

Contacted business and asked if the tv would be covered if it is the exact same issue as that would mean the part they put in was not of a good quality. Informed that past the warranty they would only offer me a 20 percent discount even if it was the exact same issue as they have supposedly fixed in the first place. Home Depot had it but it was a little difficult trying to get it ordered. So, we gave up and decided to check out Best Buy. The microwave was not only in stock but it was cheaper. Thus, we ordered it and went down to pickup it. We spent a whole 5 minutes in the store and had the microwave loaded for us a few minutes later. Long story short I paid a large amount to pay off the devices so they could be unlocked and was told after dealing with many associates and supervisors that my service and account was completely closed. Fast forward to present day. I have apparently been billed for $500+ dollars for something I cannot get a particular answer to. Also the bills are being sent to my in-laws in another state. That is why I didn't know about them. I have called 3x and visited this store now 3x. I have been told something different each time I go. I have been told a supervisor would call me back every time and that hasn't happened. I have proof that I paid the large amount (banks statements) but I cannot get though to anyone even at the store to resolve this. I considered going back to T-Mobile since we are military and they seem to have a great promo for military now. But since it seems as though they are out to screw me over this might just end up in small claims court and I will keep using at&t.
