So yesterday morning I stop for the girls coffee at Buzz and Blooms in Ony like normal before school.. I drop them off at school and head to work like normal, Abby sends me a picture of her coffee asking what was in it my reply was idk sprinkles.. the following picture was of a piece of plastic.. wtf so I call the girl working was like oh things happen umm no so the manager calls me back offering me a gift card.. not a refund for my drink but a gift card.. well no thanks I won't be back! This morning I stop in to talk to the manager and she's argumentative because I just wanted to know how and why it happened! Pretty simple imo! Travel down I-5..and just as you think you are entering BFE, get off the freeway and head about 10 miles or so east. Down the winding stretch of Hwy 508..you will find the town of Onalaska, WA. For those of us raised in the city, it is still like entering another word. You are outnumbered by farm animals, rumbling trucks and wild creatures by about 20 to 1 out here. Onalaska is not a large town, the majority of all the businesses that are not dairy or Christmas tree farms, are lined up along Hwy 508 here in the heart of town. Buzz and Blooms stands out, to me, because it is the nearest place to get a latte. Seriously, the nearest available option is nearly 30 miles away. I know what you fans of Peet's and Vivace are thinking..."ewww country redneck espresso? wtf is that" But I've been surprisingly satisfied w/ the taste and quality of the drinks I get there when I visit. The prices are comparable to any independent latte stand anywhere near me. But that isn't even the best part. ..In this area of the world, the businesses don't do a single duty...they are pulling it down double, triple and more to serve this little community. Buzz and Blooms is also the town florist.... but wait..there's more. it's also the town tanning salon.. but wait! there is STILL more.. it's also a hair salon.. In a building just slightly bigger than an Eastside Builders's job shack, they serve the community's need for beauty, caffeine, and flora. read more

Went there Saturday and they only had enough ice for one drink. So gave it another try on Sunday. They were out of strawberry for the "big train". They assured me more would be in Thursday. Okay, one more chance. Went in on Friday and was informed they will no longer carry the strawberry train. Bummer!!! Hey! We moved to Ony last summer. We've been in quite a few times and quickly got to know the staff. We love being able to stop for a delicious coffee drink in our small town. We've also purchased plants and balloons. I am always one to support local business, but this place always goes above and beyond. read more

I have been going to Buzz & Bloom forever. Every coffee I have ever had from them has been awesome, not weak, not strong just right. They pay extra attention to what their customers drink and remember. The service is great and yes sometimes the wait is a little long but Hey, we all got to wait sometimes. Very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. I have never had anything in my coffee except coffee in the 10+ years I have been going there.
