I'm not new to Buzz Kill but I continue to use them because of their customer service and effectivenes. They always give me a 60 day warranty, where if I see any live bugs, they'll come back out for free. I've never needed to use that I book my appt and if they can, they will call to see if I want them sooner. I love that!! Sara is who booked for me this time and she's super sweet!! We always like to do business with local folks whenever possible. We had used the same folks in Dallas for 10 years but thought we would try the local folks, Buss Kill Pest Control for our mosquito system annual check and fill. These folks came and allegedly serviced our mosquito system. They filled our tank with the chemical to ward off the mosquitos, this was in April 2017. We had to call them back out because it was not working. It has not worked despite informing the service guy a couple of times. So, after a few calls, they will come out just not when we need them which is now, right in the middle of mosquito season and especially since we have had a bunch of rain for weeks now. So we called our other company we used for years. They came out the same day, told us the reason the system was not working is that they small fittings where the fluid comes our all over our property are all clogged up and not functioning at all. Interestingly enough, Buzz Kill guys said they worked every fitting, made sure it all was functioning before they left in April and we paid them over $500.00. It was all a farce. Not sure they have a clue what they are doing. Before you contact these guys, make sure you are aware of the fact that they may not be your best choice. We will never use them again. read more

I've had so many different pest control companies because none of them could ever meet my expectations. Be on time, be respectful of my home and know what to do when presented with an issue. Every technician I've had shows up on time (or calls to update if earlier or later), puts on booties to cover their boots in case they might be dirty, always ask if we've had any problems or concerns and knows exactly what to do about any issues that may have arisen between calls. They are locally owned and do care about servicing their customers. If you want to talk to the owners, then just call. They will take the time necessary to explain any questions you may have. I was so impress with the service that I decided it was time to finally enjoy my new outdoor kitchen more without getting carried away by mosquitoes. It was costly up front, but well worth the investment. Now my family can enjoy the outdoors without the constant worry about the diseases and pains mosquitoes carry. It was a cold January morning, right after returning from visiting family. Our first night back in our own bed and I feel something crawling and dining on me. Our first experience with the dreaded bed bug. Oh god, no! There's no way! I keep an immaculate house, vacuum everyday. I am not dirty! !! In a complete panic I researched and found Buzz Kill pest control. Scott answered my call. He sat on the phone with me for 30 minutes assuring me that bed bugs can affect anyone and are coming back with a vengeance. He scheduled us the next day for bed bug services. He explained one spraying won't kill everything so the price included a follow up spray 2 weeks later. He sent his BB experts Rick and Gabe to survey and spray the house. They answered all of my endless questions. They even moved our infested bed to the curb. Now google how to kill bed bugs. You will find a menagerie of articles where people have had to MOVE FROM THEIR HOMES because these things DO NOT WANT TO DIE. They make cockroach infestations look like a dream getaway. So I was relieved when Scott told me there is a 60 day guarantee because sometimes 2 sprays won't do it. Well, sure enough, two weeks after the 2nd spray we saw an adult and two weeks after that we saw a newly hatched baby. I immediately called Scott. Even though he was booked through Tuesday, he squeezed us in the following day. So even though this is an on going issue (which all BB infestations are), Scott has been there every step of the way. And get this, he's the owner! What owner takes as much time with a single spastic customer as this sweet man! I will keep this post updated as our bloody (literally they drink blood) battle continues. But I would recommend Buzz Kill Pest Control to anyone with a bug problem. They have set me to ease. Buzz Kill is the best. Have used them for years and their office staff and technicians are very professional, helpful, trustworthy and efficient. Had rodents in my attic - tech found their entry and eliminated that, put out traps, etc. and came back to check on my situation in a couple weeks and all was good. Rodents are gone from the attic, and they continue to monitor. Regularly treat my home and yard as well. Have recommended to many of my friends and neighbors, and all are happy with their services!
