Started off great. After agreeing to have them come out i was sent a link to do some pre-paperwork/credit Card. All my browsers failed to connect. I did try on my Android phone and the link worked. However, it refused my signature because it would not accept that I had read the agreement. Had to call back, leave my CCard number with them and the exterminator will bring the paperwork. Came close to just going to another company that had a site that worked. But I didn't. Not a good start. Hopefully the pest control itself will work better. read more

We called to have them come take a look at a potential raccoon problem in the attic. We were told that we had to sign an annual contract before they would come out and you can't cancel before a year.
