We did not end up meeting tent as it did not rain until the day after the party but the tent really rounded up the decor and was part of the vibe for the evening. I was given a delivery window of 1-3pm and after several attempts to contact them after 5pm, their truck finally showed up. Just poor communication. Wouldn't recommend.

The planning process was very organized and Sound Extreme's online planning tool was so helpful in choosing all of the special songs (first dance, processional, etc). We had two skype/facetime meetings with Ryan before the wedding to go over details (event order, special songs, what to expect, etc) and we had no doubts that everything would go smoothly. I didn't worry about it at all on the day of the wedding, and knew I could trust Ryan and his team (including Sarah, the mirror photobooth attendant) to be there, on time, and do their job. Ryan was very attentive both after the ceremony (he even brought us water afterwards) and during the reception. He totally kept the party going and several people complimented us on having such a fun wedding. Ryan surprised us with fun lights and glowsticks during the dancing portion of the reception, and we had the most amazing time. Ryan is a professional, and we put the music in his very capable hands. We included songs on our must play, play if possible, and do not play lists, and asked that he use his professional judgment in selecting what to play. We're so happy we did this, and if we ever need a DJ in the future we know who we're going to call!!! I would highly recommend that you hire Ryan for your wedding or special event!

I never said anything about ALL your booths. The screen was black. Look into it, and stop blaming me for concocting lies. Getting one more turn in the photo booth after two sessions is not that serious. Also, I blurred the images to protect the identities of those in the photos. The album is "private". It's not cool to post pictures of people without their knowledge. It's funny you think I was trying to pass it off as a photo from your booth though. The purpose was to illustrate the heads cut off. I could get more, but my point has been proven. This is on principle. You accused me of lying in the first response. So I responded with "new fervor". I was simply a guest at this event expressing my dissatisfaction and voicing that of the other guests. Continue to negate responsibility though. At this point, I'd most definitely not recommend any other of your services knowing this is how you handle customer disappointments. We wanted some fun way to get to the reception for ourselves and our bridal party. I always thought carriages would be fun, so I looked and found Peppermint Creek. The people (I think the owners) were easy to work with, accommodating and friendly. We ordered two carriages to take us to our reception, and we kept them longer so they could give our guests rides around Sonora - it was their suggestion and a great one! After all these years people still talk about how fun and unique the carriage rides were.

Since rental places in Arnold (where my wedding was) are limited I spoke with someone who said we could pick up the chairs on Friday and return Sunday/Monday. Perfect! One thing to cross off the list. I received the invoice via email and was relieved. In August I get a phone call to confirm my chairs. They were doing inventory and had a large event Friday and I could no longer pick them up the night before and wouldn't be available until late Saturday morning. Knowing that it would be my family (the father and brother of the bride) picking them up I was very upset. After a few phone calls we were assured that they would be available by 9am Saturday. Still not what I was promised but they made it work! Also Friday we were doing counts of tablecloths and realized we were short a few. I was able to call and reserve some to be picked up with the chairs. That was perfect. Again, everything worked out but did cause a little stress. Thanks again. Updated: Wow. The night before the event they brought the tent and it was extremely dirty (pictures attached.) The tent tarp also was 10 feet bigger than the base so it was sunken in. When I called I was told I would get refunded for the tent because they actually knew it wasn't the right size. Plus the condition it was in. It has now almost been a month, I've reached out twice and have gotten no response. I didn't mind the tables being in poor shape because at least they were covered by linens. Or the chairs that had rust stains, because I could at least clean that up. Overall I had a bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to this company.
