Manvir with BWE is an exceptional person who does a consistently exceptional job. He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, professional and helpful. Last month he diagnosed a potential cause of a problem that I was having with my cable TV connection. He communicated this with Xfinity Tech Support, and they stated that there was an issue with the line coming into the house. Detailed notes on their conversation and findings were made, and a Xfinity Service appointment was made. Upon arrival of the Xfinity representative, he stated that he was not aware of the specific problem and did not see any notes from Tech Support related to the problem. He replaced my existing cable box with a new wireless version, and it worked for less than a day. I removed that box, went to Xfinity and got a new wired box. I contacted Manvir and Jacob at BWE asking for assistance to install the new box. Manvir came out the same day, set up the new box and diagnosed a potential splitter problem as the cause of the problems that I was experiencing. On a 100+ degree day he went into the attic, found the bad splitter and replaced it. He was absolutely correct in his original diagnosis and the new cable box immediately started working properly. Two years ago, my wife and I hired BWE Home Theater Company to upgrade our home theater system, including installing a larger TV and updating our components. We chose not to call the original smart home consultants for this work, since we had been dissatisfied with the original home theater system for a number of years. The universal remote would become disconnected with the system and we had to pay the original home theater consultants a $75 service charge each time they came to "fix" the system that they recommended and installed. In fact, initially, we only wanted BWE to put all the components in a book stand next to the TV, since it was so difficult to control the system remotely in the closet designed for our home theater. From the moment BWE arrived until they completed the work, we felt confident in BWE's expertise and recommendations. First, they assured us that they could not only update our components so they would work properly, but they could improve our surround sound experience, all under our original budget for the project. BWE installed a larger TV, including the TV support system; they replaced our home theater system components; they added a venting system to our home theater closet to keep our comments cooler; they recommended a sound bar component for a better surround sound experience; and, they we able to configure our smart TV to work with our surround sound system for streaming videos with surround sound. BWE's costs were reasonable; their work quality was superior; and, we haven't needed to call for assistance with our home theater system for the last two years! So, when we decided to move our internet modem from our office to our home theater closet, we didn't hesitate to call BWE. A BWE representative came to our home, discussed our needs, offered suggestions and gave us a bid for the work later that same day. Later that same week, a BWE technician arrived to perform the work: the BWE technician quickly assessed our situation; efficiently performed the work; actually finished the work sooner than anticipated and billed us significantly less than we expected; and, everything looked great and worked perfectly! I'm an audiophile that moved here from L.A. last year. I own a $200,000 system, and was depressed about the dearth of high-end stores in Fresno. After dealing with other local, stuck up dealers, who didn't know what they were talking about, I stumbled upon BWE. BWE bailed us out of a bad situation. We had another company, who we had done business with before,install a new TV.We also needed to upgrade our old receiver so it could talk to everything.We gave them $24500 on a CC in October.They kept putting off delivery for 3 months!! We finally had the CC company reverse the charges since we never got our equipment. BWE came to our rescue. Bruce and crew were terrific. They clean up the mess left by the previous company and now we have a great system! They were professional,ontime and courteous. But most of all they we knowledgeable.
