I needed to get a livescan done for my job. I had gone through by the people before (6 months ago). The process now and then we're really easy and I was able to get an appointment within 7 days. I was unaware that they changed their livescan cost from $21 to $74. This is the reason I was going through by the people a second time because i only get reimbursed for up to $50. I have receipts from both times I went and the prices to be sure I was correct about the pricing and I was. I don't get it, why raise the prices over 2 times during a pandemic? read more

Great for having a living trust drawn up! They are very clear & make the process easy! The cost is 1/4 of what I was quoted by an attorney. Took one star off because there's a man that works in the office who has energy that is a bit too escalated for me. He was a bit too much for me when he talked at me & not to me to the point that I almost walked out of my first appointment. Luckily he wasn't the person we had the appointment with. In the past to complete fingerprint live scans I've gone to By the People. A local business situated on Oliver road that is neighbors with others that include; Solano Eye Care, Tasty Indian Pizza, Twin Flame Spa, and more! At anytime of the day you can always find parking. The interior reminds me of one's own home. If interested in their services I suggest calling in advance to make an appointment. Rarely do they take walk ins. Although, they are flexible and do their best to accommodate you to your schedule. When I do arrive I never have to wait very long to be assisted. They do have a website that I found helpful that provides a complete list of what they offer https://bythepeopledocumentservice.com/. I wasn't aware that they can assist you with paperwork concerning living trusts, wills, deeds, uncontested divorce, name changes, and more. They even have a blog with useful information to know! During past appointments Rene has always been professional and efficient when performing the fingerprint live scans. Remember to have cash. Unfortunately, they do not accept debit or credit cards. We were helped right away and received friendly and professional service. The cost was $10 per signature, cash only, which is below the average charged elsewhere.
