My physical therapist that came to my house, Keesha Vassel- Ford, what's phenomenal! It was very frustrating not being able to do everyday tasks and she helped me get through it. She gave me confidence that I did not know I had. She treated me with the utmost respect and at the same time it was like she was a friend that I've known for years. She need my recovery so much better I'm so much easier. Anybody who would have her as her as their physical therapist is very very lucky

The perception was not correct or true and when I tried to correct it this with CenterWell Home Health they dry rude and condescending. it is by far the worst customer service I've ever experience. The SV Joanne. after being called out said and put in an email to ger coll that it was an accident that they removed us from there service. No apology, no we're sorry and will correct this mistake/accident or any remorse for treating my husband they way they had. She said thst she would call us back in a few hours and get visiting nurses to come and help with my husbands wound care and would call in a few hours. Here we are 24 hrs later and no call or visi. This company is the worst home card we have ever dealt with. We would not recommend then to care for anyone in need of a home service.
