I ordered a large iced strawberry Matcha with almond milk and the overnight oats came with oats, coconut milk, fresh berries, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Both were very flavorful and I would 100% order again! The staff was very kind and the atmosphere was very vibey and welcoming. There were plants everywhere and the service was very quick. It was pretty poppin this morning! Almost every table was filled. I will for sure come back soon to try other menu items!

Sure, the people are nice enough, but I am quite literally ALWAYS waiting 15 minutes for a single coffee. Often times its more, like 20-25 minutes. Like literally every time I patiently wait and it hits me - "hey, I've been waiting a while, wheres my drink?" The food comes out quicker than the coffee usually! I ordered food from a place across the street, walked over to Craft, order a coffee, it took 18 minutes, and then by the time I picked up the food and got back - my food was cold. Crazy work. All the other shops do it fine; Deeply, Stemma, Lineage. Framework etc - their average wait time is like 5-8 minutes once you order. Craft has some serious issue with the efficiency of their barista line. And I am aware craft coffee isn't immediate unless you're getting drip - I'm only ordering an Americano, its one of the easiest beverages to make. I will sometimes even people who ordered after me get something fancy and then get their drink before mine! And to that note, its not the best coffee. Its surely good, its quality; but they're not making the best stuff in town. If there's some extra steps or something going on, its not worth making me wait at minimum 15 minutes for a drink when there's literally no line, 5 people sitting down in the shop and 6 employees. It makes me not want to go to this shop ever, its just so unfortunately convenient to where I work that its THE place to go. So thats why I'm writing this - were in the same space and I want to see them improve their wait times. They've been consistently bad for far too long! EDIT: I forgot I wrote a review in 2023 being more forgiving but still complaining about wait times. Well, clearly that has not been fixed!

Now I'm out here thinking about flavored spreads at random times of the day. The variety is absolutely cracked. Somehow they keep coming up with combinations that sound fake until you try them. A salt bagel with cannoli spread? Brother. My lord. Whoever was in the lab cooking that one up deserves a raise. Everything is consistently fresh, prices are reasonable, and they're always insanely fast. I've had slower experiences ordering a bottled water. Even Jeff himself is constantly posting new bagel and spread combos, which only fuels my addiction because every time I see one I'm immediately like "yeah I need that." No joke, no cap, whenever I'm in Orlando in the morning this is one of my first stops. At this point it's less of a breakfast choice and more of a mandatory side quest. Might genuinely be one of the best bagel spots I've ever had. The bagels are goated, the spreads are goated, and my wallet has accepted that this is part of my personality now.

Unfortunately, I was a little hungover and the smell of warm asiago cheese did not sit well with my stomach immediately entering the store, but I was healed once I received and ate my bagel! At first, I was served the wrong order. I ordered a sesame bagel and I was served an asiago everything bagel. They quickly fixed this and gave me my sesame bagel! I was so ravenous that I forgot to take a photo. I ordered a sesame bagel and veggie cream cheese! Luckily my sesame bagel was very hot and fresh. The veggie cream cheese was the perfect pairing with the sesame. I think they were having issues with it being Mother's Day, because I wanted to use my reward for a free bagel, but I was not able to. Hoping to get a bagel again sometime soon and can use my reward then!

Very glad I did so! Nice counter service cafe type that immediately feels welcoming. The tables were all clean so I quickly made my order and found a spot to tuck into. First things, the maple latte I ordered exceeded my expectations. Lovely latte with great flavor that wasn't overpowering. Sometimes the sweeteners pack too much punch but this latte was spot on. The food was also nice! Very southern comfort. Flakey and buttery biscuits galore with all the fixings available. Grits, potatoes, bacon, you name eat. I tried the berry waffles which were really nice as well. Again, not too sweet! The flavor was spot on though they could have been a tad crispier. But it's a solid option for coffee and brunch in the area. The prices are super reasonable and the staff was patient and friendly.

My husband and I also shared a side of the smashbrowns which came with a type of dill sauce on the side. They were so nice and crispy and flavorful with or without the sauce. The service was a pretty quick turnaround from ordering to receiving the food considering that Sundays are pretty busy, and I am so looking forward to dining in next time! There are some good looking biscuit sandwiches with my name on them!
