After paying for a new set of tires and a brake repair, we brought it home. The caliper screws were so loose that my niece could have had an accident! One of the tires went flat because there was a leak around one of the valve stems. Why didn't I take it back to correct it? The owner, Lonnie, cussed my son who was working there and never paid him for the week he worked. Find somewhere else to take your vehicles.

I pulled of the interstate and attempted to call roadside assistance but my cell service was bleak and I really didn't know where I was located. I looked for the closest open business and found Kim's Auto Care and Tire. They changed my tire for the spare and charged me nothing!!!!! NOTHING!!!! Even though they were closed at the time and getting ready to head home. I have nothing but praise for this company and their kindness. Thank you for making what could have been an awful and long evening a mere bump in the road. Y'all are outstanding!!! Thank you!!!!!
