I brought them a mangled trailer axle after a seal leaked the oil out of the hub and the bearing…read moreblew up the hub. The ABS sensor holder was squashed. They recommended, and I agreed, that the axle-air system (to keep tires inflated) be removed from both axles. That was the cause of the oil being blown out of the hub when it leaked air into the hub. They grease-packed all the bearings and refurbished the ABS system. I am writing this review and giving them 5 stars because the trailer ABS light started going on a few weeks later, and they took it all apart and did more remedial work on the mangled sensor bracket to better hold the sensor - and provided a new sensor - at no charge. I have driven the rig another few weeks without any further trouble.

Tony showed up to look at the trailer after hours on Thursday evening. He told me it would be the next morning before he could get the parts. I zelled (Larry Warren) who subbed the work out to him for the service call that night and they paid him. Told me he would be back with my guy by 7/8am next morning when he could get parts. I waited till 9:30 am or so and tried to call no answer. I called the guy who subbed the work and he said give him 30 mins to reach out. I finally got a call back and said that he would be there shortly and was getting parts. 3 hrs later I then get a text asking if its ok to replace the brake line on the trailer as it needed it to. I gave him the ok and sent our company card. Another 1 1/2 hr later I get a text he's finally getting parts. He tells me my card only authorized for a little over 800 and he had to pay 400 out of pocket . I asked for receipt never sent it. He says he broke down but didn't get back to my trailer till almost 4. Then advises the side we just replaced the hub on needs new bearings along with my front. I sent him to Napa and he asked for 300 Cash App as he was dry. I sent it. Took him 2 1/2 more hours to get back to my truck . Napa was within 15 mins. I think this guy is jacked up on something. I ended up paying him another 600 and change never got receipt . Left castle nuts off an never put on new bearings. also didn't connect my brake lines.

After a day and a half of him constantly leaving and, when he was there, just sitting in his truck doing nothing, I asked for a refund and for him to put my truck back together. He became hostile, refused to return the money, and left my truck torn apart. He also appeared to be drinking on the job. When he fled, he even sideswiped me as he drove off. To make matters worse, his father -- the owner of the business -- was completely unhelpful and rude when contacted to intervene. This business is dishonest, unprofessional, and unsafe. Do not trust them with your vehicle. Tony needs to be in jail for theft, assault and drunk driving.

Completely unprofessional. Used roadside assistance for towing. Took them 4 hours to get my car (no…read morebig deal. Caught an Uber home). Was instructed to leave my keys with gas station clerk, so I did. Realized two days later when a mechanic came to look at my car that I hadn't been given my keys. Reached out to Mahogany and was told he'd call the driver that had delivered my car. Two hours later I had to call him back. Was told that the driver didn't know where they are and would look for them and they'd call me back in two hours (since the driver was out on a job). That was the last I've heard from them. Won't answer calls nor texts. My insurance company called Mahogany and was told that they may have left them at the gas station. So I borrowed a car and went up there. There's video evidence that they received my keys. Still, Mahogany will not respond to my attempts to reach them. Now I'm having to navigate having the insurance company do an investigation. Communication is key in business and I'm having to jump hurdles to even get ahold of this company. Mistakes happen, own up to them! Update: they have found my keys but still have not reached out to me, the customer. Where to start with all the scams this guy and few others do in Memphis, TN. I had a truck break…read moredown few miles away from this, shop. Called the shop got Larry on the phone he said he would send some body out to come and check it out. He said he didn't have any one but, he would send a guy he works with(Tony) to come out. The mechanic arrived quick no issues there. He scanned the truck with his lap top and decided it was a bad ECU, on the transmission. And that I need to get it towed to Larry's shop so, they can proceed to work on in the morning as it was late. I called the tow truck and we go the, truck towed but, the tow driver could not put the truck into shop parking as it was crowded and no way to turn around. The mechanic(Tony) was there waiting on us at the yard he said, to park the truck on a side street that they would work on it from there. The tow guy put the truck on a side street and went about his business. Next, day(Tony), said he was at a salvage yard looking for the ECU, that was around 9am. As i waited I would text and call to see when he would arrive so we can get the truck rolling. But, once Tony got the part it was raining to heavy for him to do any work that day. So, another day noting resolved. Next day he showed up around 2pm in the afternoon came and went under my truck didn't say noting to me then he knocked on my door finally I seen him said he got a used ECU($1100.00), from a junkyard and that he put it in and was about to run software on his laptop to code it. After many attempts the truck was still having the same issues noting resolved. Tony proceeded to tell me that he put a ECU, in but now its a bad transmission harness($300.00). I said okay can called around and located the harness near by as his mechanic went to pick it up. Tony was checking all the wires and fuses but, no luck truck was doing the same thing. His mechanic came back with the harness and he went under the truck to put it in. He put it in and the truck was still doing the same thing. No change, Tony then proceeded to tell me that I no have a bad ECA, Electric Clutch Actuator. He said he can locate the part and would install it if i chose to do so. I refused the repair. Got the truck towed back home and my local mechanic is working on it come to find, out that the ECU, was never touched still my trucks original ecu. Tony and Larry are both big time scammers working together with a junkyard that make fake bill of sales. And charging people money for parts that they never replaced or touched. Larry works and owns Rescue Repair service and he works with Tony that works for A Plus Truck repair. And they both work with a salvage yard Don Ricks Used Truck Parts out of Johnsboro, AR that's in on scams. Wasted, 3 days and over 5k in, tow bills parts etc. And noting was resolved. So, big rig guys be carful when calling this company as they will, scam you take your money and not care about it all. Also, another older gentlemen works with Tony, his name is Anthony he wears a shop uniform that says Mahogany truck repair. Also, their associate and scammer.

my service requested was to have my rig oil change and service the entire semi , this company lied…read moreand told me the clutch went out at the shop while moving it to the shop bay . in. disbelief I went down to the shop to verify this and was shown by the uncertified men working there the clutch pedal come up but no action so I laughed and let them supposedly fix the truck . while I was there i grabbed my dash camera and went back to the motel . This is were i saw totten truck repair uncertified mechanics disconnect the clutch linkage so it wouldn't go into gear giving the illusion the clutch was bad . so I hurried up got a uber back down to the shop and confronted the scam , to my surprise they was driving my truck around back to park it they were busted in there scam . tottens uncertified mechanics told me they replaced the clutch I asked how they did that in 1 1/2 hrs but still charged me for 22 hrs and for a new Eaton clutch kit . I was threatened and surrounded by the totten goon squad . So I paid , got my truck and confirmed back home the clutch was never changed it's a Napa part the same one I had replaced two months before I made a awful decision to let these uncertified monkeys service my rig ! DO NOT USE ! SCAMMERS! NO GOOD ! THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN !
